Gefahrgut-Kennzeichnung – Pflicht bei Diesel
Ortsbewegliche Behälter, Tankwagen und Tanklagerkennzeichnung erfordern nach ADR/GGBefG die korrekte Gefahrzettel-Kennzeichnung. UN 1202 ist die UN-Nummer für Diesel (140×55mm, 2,50 €). Klasse 3 (Flamme) kennzeichnet entzündbare Flüssigkeiten. Das Umweltgefährdungssymbol ist für wassergefährdende Stoffe Pflicht. Alle drei als dauerhafte Klebefolien.
Fassadapter – welcher für mein Fass/IBC?
Fassgewinde sind nicht einheitlich. 2" BSP fein × Mauser-Grobgewinde: für Mauser-IBCs und -Fässer. 2" BSP fein × TriSure-Grobgewinde: für Schütz-IBCs. DIN 61 → 2" NPS/BSP: für Kunststofffässer 25/30/60l. 2" → 1" AG: für Fasspumpen. PIUSI AF2-Anschlüsse für AdBlue®-IBCs in allen Fasstypen ab 62,95 €.
Kugelhahn – welche Druckstufe?
PN 25 (25 bar): für Standard-Ölversorgungsleitungen, Zapfsäulenanbindungen, Heizöl. PN 40 (40 bar): für Hochdruckleitungen, Schmiersysteme und Hydraulikkreise. G1" für Standard-Rohrdurchmesser. Alle Messing, kurze Ausführung für enge Einbaulagen. Für Ölversorgungsleitungen speziell: Kugelhahn 3/4" / 1" / 1/2" (23 €).
GSV-Stecker – für welche Pumpen?
GSV (Großsteckvorrichtung) sind industrielle Steckverbinder für höhere Ströme – häufig an 230V-Elektropumpen und Zapfsäulen als lösbare Verbindung. GSV-Steckdose 3-polig (27 €) als Buchse, GSV-Stecker 3-polig (28 €) als Stecker, GSV 1 Hochstromstecker (43 €) für höhere Lasten. Passend zu Beckhoff- und PIUSI-Pumpen mit GSV-Anschluss.
Anti-Statik-Set – Pflicht beim Befüllen
Beim Umfüllen von Kraftstoffen kann sich statische Elektrizität aufbauen – Entladungsfunken können Kraftstoffdämpfe entzünden. Das Anti-Statik-Set mit 4 Kupferkabeln (76 €) stellt den Potentialausgleich zwischen Tankfahrzeug, Zapfanlage und Auffangbehälter her. Pflicht bei der Betankung und dem Umfüllen von Kraftstoffen nach TRGS 727 und DGUV-Vorschriften.
Grenzwertgeber – Überfüllschutz
Der Grenzwertgeber (110 €) ist ein elektrischer Sensor, der den Tankinhalt überwacht und bei Erreichen des Füllstands-Grenzwerts die Pumpe abschaltet – gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Überfüllschutz für WHG-pflichtige Anlagen. Befüllanschluss mit Grenzwertgeber ROTH 1500l (176 €) als Komplettsatz für ROTH Unitech/Multitech-Tanks.
