Wheelie-bin lifters – transport without tipping
The wheelie-bin lifters MH 1, MH 2 and MH 3 pick up standard 80- to 360-litre wheelie bins and transport them by forklift – without tipping. Depending on the model, one, two or three bins can be picked up and moved at the same time, which considerably shortens transport routes.
Wheelie-bin tippers – emptying into containers
The wheelie-bin tippers enable the controlled emptying of 80/120-litre and 240-litre bins into large containers, shafts or presses – with the forklift and without manual physical effort. The bin is picked up, raised and tipped hydraulically or mechanically over the target container.
When a lifter, when a tipper?
A wheelie-bin lifter is suitable when bins only have to be moved and positioned – for example to make them available for waste collection or to reposition them in the warehouse. A wheelie-bin tipper is the right choice when bins are regularly emptied into containers, for instance in industry, on large construction sites or in operations without direct waste collection.
Compatible bin sizes
All devices are designed for standard DIN-standardised wheelie bins. The MH lifters take bins from 80 to 360 litres – this corresponds to the entire standard range, from the small residual-waste bin to the large 240/360 L bin. The tippers are specialised for one bin size (80/120 L or 240 L).

The right tipping device for your operation
Lifter or tipper?
The wheelie-bin lifter transports bins by forklift – ideal for operations that have to bring bins to the collection point or reposition them on the premises. The wheelie-bin tipper lifts and tips bins into a target container – useful when waste has to be emptied regularly into larger containers or presses.
How many bins at once?
MH 1: one bin per trip – for smaller operations with few bins. MH 2: two bins at once at a 400 kg load capacity – considerably more efficient. MH 3: three bins at once – maximum time saving with large bin quantities. The forklift load capacity must be able to carry the total weight (lifter + full bins).
Tipper – 80/120 L or 240 L?
The wheelie-bin tippers are designed for one bin size: the 120 L tipper fits 80- and 120-litre bins (typical household and commercial bins). The 240 L tipper is designed for 240-litre large bins. The bin holder is specific to each model – both tippers have a 250 kg load capacity.
Check forklift suitability
For the lifter series: own weight 61–79 kg + bin weight. A full 240 L bin can weigh up to 150 kg – with three bins (MH 3) therefore up to 450 kg plus own weight. The forklift must be able to carry the total weight safely at the respective load distance. Always consult the forklift's load-capacity diagram.
