Häufige Fragen zu Dieselpumpen

12V und 24V Pumpen laufen direkt an der Fahrzeug- oder Traktorbatterie – ideal für mobile Anwendungen ohne Stromanschluss. 230V Pumpen sind für stationäre Tankplätze mit Netzanschluss ausgelegt und bieten meist höhere Förderleistung. 400V Drehstrompumpen sind für Hochleistungsanwendungen ab 70 l/min gedacht.
Wenn die Pumpe höher als der Tankinhalt montiert ist (z.B. am Fass oben), ist Selbstansaugung Pflicht. Die meisten modernen Elektropumpen für Diesel sind selbstansaugend mit bis zu 3–4 m Saughöhe. Pumpen ohne Selbstansaugung müssen tiefer als der Flüssigkeitsspiegel montiert werden.
Ein Tankautomat erfasst Fahrer und Fahrzeug per PIN oder Karte und bucht die Kraftstoffmenge automatisch. Sinnvoll ab 3 oder mehr Fahrzeugen/Fahrern. Einfachere Alternative: digitales Zählwerk – günstiger, aber ohne automatische Zuordnung.
Für 1–3 Fahrzeuge täglich reichen 35–55 l/min. Für größere Fuhrparks empfehlen sich 70–100 l/min. Für Großtanks und LKW sind 100–300 l/min sinnvoll. Faustregel: ein PKW-Tank (50 L) sollte in unter 2 Minuten befüllt sein.
Ja – die meisten Dieselpumpen sind auch für Heizöl EL freigegeben, da beide chemisch sehr ähnlich sind. Prüfen Sie die Herstellerfreigabe im Datenblatt. Nicht geeignet sind Dieselpumpen für Benzin, AdBlue oder Chemikalien.
Bei Bypass-Pumpen läuft der Kraftstoff im Kreislauf durch die laufende Fahrzeugleitung – die Pumpe sitzt direkt in der Rücklaufleitung und zapft dabei Kraftstoff ab. Diese Bauform ist besonders kompakt und eignet sich für den Einbau in Servicefahrzeuge ohne separaten Tank.
