AdBlue® dispensers for stationary indoor urea dispensing

Stationary AdBlue® dispensers from TECALEMIT for the professional dispensing of urea solution AUS 32 in workshops, fleets and on-site fuel stations. 40 l/min, 230V, indoor version – with a litre counter or a complete fuel management system with PC software.

✅ 40 l/min · 230V · indoor ✅ AdBlue®-resistant stainless steel ✅ With a litre counter or fuel management system ✅ TECALEMIT HDM eco

With a litre counter – simple & direct

The TECALEMIT HDM eco (€3,975) is the compact solution for stationary AdBlue® dispensing without access control – with a mechanical litre counter, A2003 automatic nozzle and hose holder. For operations with a manageable vehicle fleet.

With a fuel management system – logging & access

The TECALEMIT HDM eco with a fuel management system (€5,023) adds complete access control and PC software for consumption-data recording to the dispensing unit – every refuelling is logged with the user ID, date and quantity. Not calibratable.

AdBlue®-resistant materials

AdBlue® / urea solution AUS 32 is corrosive towards metals such as copper and brass. Both HDM eco dispensers are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant plastics – with an AdBlue®-specific nozzle and EPDM seals.

Need more flow rate?

For higher flow rates (up to 57 l/min), IBC pump systems or mobile AdBlue® dispensing, our AdBlue® pumps and urea AUS32 tank systems are at your disposal.

Litre counter or fuel management system – what suits your operation?

🔢

Litre counter – for manageable fleets

If you refuel 1–5 company vehicles and don't need individual consumption assignment: HDM eco with a litre counter (€3,975) – simply read off, no software effort, ready to operate straight away. Ideal for small workshops and agricultural operations.

📊

Fuel management system – for fleets with a logging requirement

When several drivers use the dispenser and consumption per vehicle or driver is to be documented: HDM eco with a fuel management system (€5,023) – access control, PC software and complete fuel-data recording for cost control and accounting.

Planning an indoor installation

Both models are designed for indoor operation – in workshops, halls or covered fuelling areas. For an outdoor installation with weather protection and for IBC-container filling, we recommend our separate AdBlue® pump systems.

💧

Tank & source

An AdBlue® dispenser requires a connected AdBlue® tank as its source. For stationary tank systems (1,000–5,000 L) with complete infrastructure, we refer you to our stationary AUS32 tank systems. The dispenser is connected directly to the tank.

🚛

How much flow rate do I need?

At 40 l/min, a typical 20 L AdBlue® tank is filled in under 30 seconds. This flow rate is optimal for cars, vans, tractors and light to medium trucks. For heavy trucks with large SCR tanks and several simultaneous dispensing points, dedicated dispensing systems with a higher output make sense.

⚠️

Handling AdBlue® correctly

AdBlue® crystallises as it dries out and attacks many metals. The TECALEMIT HDM eco is made entirely of AdBlue®-resistant materials (stainless steel, PP, EPDM). After longer standstill periods, flush the nozzle and hose with clear water to avoid crystal deposits.

Frequently asked questions about AdBlue® dispensers

An AdBlue® pump (e.g. HORNET W85H INOX, PIUSI Suzzarablue) is a mobile or wall-mounted pump system that is connected directly to an IBC container or a 200 L drum. An AdBlue® dispenser (TECALEMIT HDM eco) is a free-standing, column-type dispensing unit with a permanently integrated pump, meter and dispensing device – comparable in looks and function to a filling-station dispenser, for stationary continuous use.
AdBlue® (urea solution AUS 32) is strongly corrosive towards many metals – copper, zinc, aluminium and brass in particular are attacked by AdBlue®. Stainless steel (V2A/V4A) is resistant and therefore the standard material for AdBlue®-carrying components. All seals, hoses and nozzles must also be made of AdBlue®-resistant materials (EPDM, PP, PVDF). Standard diesel pumps or oil dispensers must never be used for AdBlue®.
The HDM eco with a litre counter has a mechanical litre counter for the quantity display. The HDM eco with a fuel management system is expressly not calibratable – meaning it is suitable for internal operational consumption recording, but not for billing-relevant dispensing to external customers. For calibratable AdBlue® dispensing to third parties, please contact us directly, as this requires special versions and, where applicable, separate calibration.
The TECALEMIT HDM eco dispenser is connected to a stationary AdBlue® tank – typically a PE or GRP storage tank with a capacity of 1,000–5,000 L. The tank must be suitable for AdBlue® / urea solution AUS 32 (no galvanised steel, no copper). For smaller quantities, 200 L drums and IBC containers are also possible, but then an IBC pump rather than a dispenser makes more sense.
Both TECALEMIT HDM eco AdBlue® dispensers are specified as an indoor version and designed for operation in workshops and covered areas. For setting up outdoors (in the open air), weatherproof versions or a covered setup are required. AdBlue® freezes at −11 °C – in the event of frost, the system must be emptied or kept frost-protected. Contact us for outdoor solutions.
AdBlue® crystallises as it dries out and can clog valves and lines. After every use and especially during a longer standstill: flush the nozzle and hose through with clear water and allow to dry. In the event of frost, empty the system completely. The integrated pump should be checked regularly for leak-tightness. Our specialist team is available for service intervals and spare parts.
