TMS smart โ a modular system
The Tecalemit TMS smart system connects RFID transponders (โฌ17/each) with dispensing meters, a gateway and software to form a complete workshop fluid management: every oil dispensing is recorded per driver or per job and logged in the TMS smart Control software. Repeaters (โฌ324) extend the ZigBeeยฎ range in large halls.
Mobile oil dispensing units
The LubeMobil 70 (60 L, 5 l/min, from โฌ2,785) for smaller workshops, the DrumMobil 200 (for 200 L drums, 10 l/min, from โฌ3,528) for a higher throughput. All with an integrated TMS smart meter for engine and gear oil. Calibratable MID variants available for billing to customers.
Oil management central unit
The TKS IV (4 oil types, from โฌ2,176) and TMS III (5 or 10 oil types, from โฌ4,042) as stationary central units for central oil management โ with pulse-generator inputs for flow meters, pump control and a graphic or text display. MID-calibratable and non-calibratable versions available.
Calibratable or non-calibratable?
For internal consumption recording (cost centres, fleet), a non-calibratable solution is sufficient. For billing oil to customers or for legally compliant invoicing, a MID-calibratable version (DrumMobil PPe/EPe, TMS III MID) is required by law.

The right fluid management system for your workshop
Small workshop โ entry level
For workshops with 1โ3 oil types and few mechanics: TMS smart meter (โฌ1,599) as a single dispensing unit + TMS smart gateway (โฌ1,269) + RFID transponders (โฌ17/mechanic). All dispensing is assigned via RFID identification, without a complete central unit.
Mobile oil dispensing โ wheeled
For workshops that dispense oil flexibly at different lifting platforms: LubeMobil 70 with TMS smart (from โฌ2,785, 60 L, 5 l/min) for smaller quantities or DrumMobil 200 with TMS smart (from โฌ3,528, 200 L drum, 10 l/min) for a higher throughput โ wheeled, ready for immediate use.
Stationary multi-type management
For workshops with 4โ10 oil types at fixed dispensing points: TKS IV central unit (4 types, from โฌ2,176) or TMS III (5โ10 types, from โฌ4,042) โ controls pumps, records flow meters, displays consumption per oil type. With DMS integration via the TMS smart Control software.
Customer billing โ calibratable
For the legally compliant billing of oil on customer invoices: DrumMobil 200 PPe or EPe (MID-calibratable, โฌ3,899) or TMS III MID central unit (โฌ4,042). The MID approval is valid throughout the EU and permits billing by actual consumption to customers.
DMS integration & job data
For full integration into the dealer management system (e.g. Autodata, ADP, R+W): TMS smart Control software pro (โฌ1,800) + USB RFID read and write station with job information (โฌ612) โ oil dispensing is booked directly to jobs, job information is written to the transponder.
Large halls โ signal boosting
When the distance between the TMS smart meters and the gateway is more than 30โ40 m or concrete walls impair the radio connection: use the TMS smart repeater (โฌ324) as a ZigBeeยฎ signal booster. Status lights show the connection status immediately โ simple configuration without IT knowledge.
