Grease guns & lubrication devices one-hand, lever, foot & electric – for 400 g to 200 kg

Hand grease guns, lever guns and foot guns for manual lubrication service without power and without compressed air – from the affordable one-hand gun eco (€25) through Lube-Shuttle® systems, the professional X-TRA 701 and Samoa 101 to the MATO foot-lever gun (6 litres) and the mobile MATO eHybrid Greaser 230V. With grease filler and hand lubrication devices for buckets of 5–50 kg.

✅ One-hand · lever · foot · electric 230V ✅ 400 g cartridge · 500 g screw · Lube-Shuttle® ✅ Up to 1000 bar maximum pressure ✅ MATO · Samoa · PIUSI

One-hand & lever guns

One-hand gun eco (€25), all-steel E500 (€30.50, up to 1000 bar!), lever guns X-TRA 701 and Samoa 101 (€45–88) with a safety armoured hose and a 4-jaw coupler – for 400 g cartridges or loose grease, M10×1 connection. Professional lever-gun case Samoa (€142) with complete accessories.

Lube-Shuttle® system

Lube-Shuttle® one-hand (€42–54) and lever guns (€46) for the air-free Lube-Shuttle® cartridge system – a clean cartridge change, no grease loss. As a single gun or as a set with a nozzle tube and a filled grease cartridge. Also as MATO PEP 500 (€58) with a filling nipple for the Füllmeister.

Foot guns & pressure-gauge gun

MATO grease gun with a pressure gauge (€130.50, 400 bar, short-stroke system) for controlled dosing. Foot-lever gun FHP 5 kg (€552, 500 bar) for hands-free lubrication. MATO FP-06-economy (€676.50) with a 6000 cc container – for operations with a high grease requirement without a compressor.

Hand lubrication & filler devices

Hand lubrication device HAG (€286, 15–50 kg bucket, 350 bar) and BMP (€498, 16 kg, 3 stroke sizes 10/15/20 g). Grease filler units Füllmeister FG for 5/10/20 kg buckets (€184–220) and FGZ plus 5–50 kg (€279). MATO eHybrid Greaser 230V (€2,918) as the most powerful single solution.

The right grease gun for your application

One-hand – compact & mobile

For occasional lubrication service and hard-to-reach nipples: one-hand gun eco (€25) or all-steel E500 (€30.50, up to 1000 bar maximum pressure) – one hand lubricates, the other holds on. For 400 g cartridges or loose grease, M10×1 connection.

🦾

Lever gun – more pressure, more efficient

For regular lubrication service: X-TRA 701 or Samoa 101 (€45–60) with a safety armoured hose and a 4-jaw coupler. The long lever generates more pressure per stroke with less physical effort than the one-hand gun.

📊

With a pressure gauge – pressure control

MATO grease gun with a pressure gauge (€130.50) – 0–400 bar display. Detects clogged nipples (pressure rises without grease flow), allows dosed lubrication at sensitive lubrication points, enables maintenance documentation.

🦶

Foot – both hands free

FHP 5 kg (€552, 500 bar) or MATO FP-06-economy (€676.50, 6000 cc) – foot actuation leaves both hands free to guide the hose and attach the coupler. Ideal for professional lubrication service with a high grease requirement without compressed air.

🏭

Hand lubrication device – directly from the bucket

HAG (€286, 15–50 kg bucket, 350 bar) or BMP (€498, 16 kg, 3 selectable stroke sizes 10/15/20 g) – the bucket is connected directly, no cartridge change. Economical for operations with a high grease consumption from buckets.

Electric hybrid – maximum performance

MATO eHybrid Greaser 230V (€2,918) – 400 bar, 320 cc/min, 0.75 kW, mobile, no compressed-air connection needed. The most powerful single device in the range. For large operations with many lubrication points and without central compressed air.

Frequently asked questions about grease guns & lubrication devices

A one-hand gun is operated with one hand – compact, for hard-to-reach lubrication points and overhead use. Less force per stroke. A two-hand lever gun has a long lever that is operated with both hands – it generates more leverage and higher pressure per stroke with less physical effort. For normal, easily accessible lubrication points, the lever gun is more efficient; for tight, hard-to-reach points, the one-hand gun is more suitable.
Working pressure (e.g. 400 bar) is the pressure generated continuously in regular operation. Maximum pressure (e.g. 1000 bar on the E500) is the maximum peak pressure achievable briefly – useful for stuck or clogged nipples. The all-steel grease gun E500 can open the most stubborn nipples with 1000 bar maximum pressure that would fail at 400 bar.
The pressure gauge (0–400 bar) on the MATO grease gun shows the filling pressure in real time. Important for: diagnosing clogged nipples (the pressure rises to maximum without grease flowing), dosing control at sensitive lubrication points (too high a pressure can damage seals) and maintenance documentation in industrial plants. The short-stroke system with a continuously adjustable piston-rod fixing additionally enables a controlled, step-by-step grease dispensing.
The 4-jaw hydraulic gripping coupler has four spring-loaded jaws that automatically latch onto the grease-nipple head – no manual holding needed. Both hands free to guide the hose. It also works with angled, poorly accessible or slightly damaged nipples. Compared to simple push-on (without a coupler), the 4-jaw coupler seals more securely and prevents slipping off under pressure.
A hand lubrication device (HAG, BMP) is a portable grease pump that is placed directly onto a grease bucket (15–50 kg) and dispenses grease by hand pump via a hose to grease nipples – no cartridge change needed. The BMP offers 3 selectable stroke sizes (10/15/20 g/stroke) for defined dosing. Useful for operations with a high grease consumption that work from buckets. Less mobile than cartridge grease guns, but no cartridge purchase and change needed.
The MATO eHybrid Greaser 230V (€2,918) is the most powerful single device in the manual grease-gun sector – 400 bar, 320 cc/min, 0.75 kW, mobile via cable. Useful for: large operations with many vehicles or machines and many lubrication points per round, when no compressed-air connection is available. Considerably faster than manual lever guns, but with compressed air available, pneuMATO systems or battery-powered grease guns are more flexible for mobile applications.
