Kolbenpumpen für Öl

PIUSI P3.5:1 / P5.5:1 und GRACO LD 3:1 / 5:1 für Motoröl, Getriebeöl und hochviskose Schmieröle aus 200-L-Fässern. Das Übersetzungsverhältnis bestimmt den Öldruck – 5:1 für SAE 90/140. MATO pneuMATO mit 1:1, 1:3 und 1:5 flexibel wählbar.

Häufige Fragen zu Druckluftpumpen

Die meisten Druckluftpumpen arbeiten mit einem Eingangsdruck von 3–8 bar – das entspricht einem handelsüblichen Werkstattkompressor. Empfohlen werden 5–6 bar Betriebsdruck für optimale Förderleistung. Der Mindestdruck variiert je nach Modell: Einfache Kolbenpumpen (PIUSI P3.5:1) starten ab 3 bar, Membranpumpen (Samoa PumpMaster) ab 1,5 bar. Bitte das Datenblatt des gewünschten Modells prüfen.
Kolbenpumpen (PIUSI P-Serie, GRACO LD) sind für hochviskose Medien wie Öle und Schmierstoffe konzipiert – das Übersetzungsverhältnis (3:1, 5:1) erzeugt hohen Ausgangsdruck. Ideal für Öl aus 200-L-Fässern. Doppelmembranpumpen (GRACO, MATO DP-60, PIUSI PRO ONE) fördern dünn- bis mittelviskose Medien wie Diesel, Wasser, AdBlue® und Frostschutz – höhere Fördermengen (bis 220 l/min), selbstansaugend, pulsierend, für Flüssigkeiten aller Art geeignet.
Nein – nicht alle Druckluftpumpen sind ATEX-zertifiziert. Zwar erzeugen pneumatische Pumpen keinen elektrischen Funken, aber bewegliche Teile können Reibungsfunken erzeugen. Für explosive Atmosphären (Zone 1 und 2) sind ausschließlich explizit ATEX-zertifizierte Pumpen zulässig, wie die PIUSI PRO ONE 15 und PRO ONE 25. Standard-Kolben- und Membranpumpen sind für normale Industrie- und Werkstattanwendungen geeignet, aber nicht automatisch Ex-zugelassen.
Das Übersetzungsverhältnis gibt an, wie viel Öldruck pro Einheit Luftdruck erzeugt wird. 1:1 – für dünnviskose Medien und schnelle Förderung (höchste Fördermenge). 3:1 – Standardlösung für Motoröl, Hydrauliköl SAE 10–50. 5:1 – für schwerviskose Öle wie Getriebeöl SAE 90/140, Fette oder Altöl bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Faustregel: Je zähflüssiger das Medium und je kälter die Umgebung, desto höher das Verhältnis wählen.
Kolbenpumpen werden direkt auf das Fass aufgesetzt (Tauchrohr) – keine Selbstansaugung nötig. Doppelmembranpumpen können bis zu 7–8 m selbst ansaugen (je nach Modell und Medium). Die Selbstansaughöhe sinkt mit zunehmender Viskosität des Mediums. Im trockenen Zustand (Trockensaugung) sind die Ansaughöhen geringer als bei vorgefüllter Saugleitung.
Der Luftverbrauch variiert je nach Pumpentyp und Betriebsdruck stark. Typische Werte: PIUSI P3.5:1 und P5.5:1 benötigen 200–250 l/min Druckluft. TECALEMIT TecPump DP36 eco ca. 330 l/min. GRACO Doppelmembranpumpen 200–600 l/min je nach Förderleistung. Ein handelsüblicher Werkstattkompressor (ca. 10–15 bar Kessel, 200–400 l/min Förderleistung) reicht für die meisten Kolben- und kleineren Membranpumpen aus.
