Stationary AdBlue® tank systems for on-site fuel stations & permanent storage

Compact stations, fully equipped Pressol fuel stations and professional Kingspan BlueMaster systems for the stationary storage and dispensing of urea solution AUS 32 – from 750 to 9,000 litres. With a digital meter, a tank management system or TitanAccess control.

✅ 750 – 9,000 litres capacity ✅ Incl. dispenser or as a storage tank ✅ With a meter or tank management ✅ Roth · Pressol · Kingspan BlueMaster

Compact entry-level stations

The Roth GetBlue Station (€2,178) as a space-saving complete solution with an integrated AdBlue® pump, a suction and dispensing hose – dimensions 1690×745×1575 mm, ready to operate straight away. For small operations and low daily quantities.

Pressol fuel stations 1500–5000 L

Fully equipped fuel stations with a tank, dispenser, pump and a digital meter or tank management system – in 1,500 L (€5,945), 2,500 L (€6,586) and 5,000 L (€9,478). Two versions: with a digital meter or with an extended fluid management system.

Kingspan BlueMaster STANDARD

Stationary AdBlue® storage tanks in 2,500, 4,000, 5,000 and 9,000 litres (€9,462–16,643) – rugged double-walled systems with an integrated fuel management system, but without a separate dispenser. For operations with their own dispensing system or as pure storage systems. Delivery time 3–4 weeks.

Kingspan BlueMaster PRO TitanAccess

Professional AdBlue® tank systems in 2,500, 4,000, 5,000 and 9,000 litres (€14,660–22,481) with the TitanAccess fleet management system, RFID access control and an optional climate package for frost and heat protection of the AdBlue®. The most complete solution for large fleets.

Which stationary AdBlue® tank system suits which operation?

🔧

Small operation – entry-level

For operations with few vehicles and a low daily demand (up to around 50 L a day): Roth GetBlue Station (€2,178) as a fully equipped compact station or Pressol 1500 L with a meter (€5,945) for permanent stationary operation with consumption recording.

🚛

Fleet – medium demand

For 10–30 vehicles with a regular daily demand of 100–500 L: Pressol 2500 L or 5000 L with a tank management system (from €7,711) for complete fleet administration, or BlueMaster STANDARD 2500 L (€9,462) as a pure storage tank with its own dispensing system.

🏭

Large operation – high throughput

For fleet operations, haulage companies and industry with a daily demand over 500 L: Pressol 5000 L or BlueMaster STANDARD/PRO 5000–9000 L (from €9,478). The climate package of the PRO variant protects the AdBlue® in extreme temperatures – important for outdoor installation.

🔐

RFID access control & fleet management

For seamless consumption documentation per vehicle and driver: Pressol variant with a tank management system (from €7,711) or BlueMaster PRO with TitanAccess (from €14,660) – RFID transponder cards, fuel-data export, fleet administration software.

🌡️

Outdoor installation & climate package

For installation outdoors without the protection of a hall: the climate package of the BlueMaster PRO systems protects the AdBlue® from freezing below −11 °C (heating) and from decomposition above +30 °C (insulation). Without a climate package, outdoor installation only makes sense in moderate climate zones without extreme weather.

Storage tank vs. complete station

Complete station (Pressol): tank + dispenser + pump + meter in one unit – ready to operate straight away, no additional accessories needed. Storage tank (BlueMaster STANDARD/PRO): only a tank with a fuel management system – a separate dispenser or pump is required, but more flexibly expandable and more economical for larger volumes.

Frequently asked questions about stationary AdBlue® tank systems

A complete station (Pressol) contains a tank, pump, dispenser and meter as a ready-assembled unit – ready to operate straight away, no additional accessories required. A storage tank (Kingspan BlueMaster) is a pure storage system with an integrated fuel management system, but without a dispensing solution – it requires a separate AdBlue® dispenser or pump. Storage tanks are more suitable for large volumes (2,500–9,000 L) and adaptable dispensing concepts; complete solutions are suitable for direct, turnkey use.
BlueMaster STANDARD: a rugged double-walled tank system with an integrated fuel management system and basic functions – access control and basic data recording. BlueMaster PRO TitanAccess: an extended fleet management system with RFID transponder cards, detailed consumption analysis, data interfaces and an optional climate package (heating against freezing, insulation against overheating). The PRO is suitable for operations with logging obligations, several dispensing points and demanding temperature conditions.
AdBlue® is classified as WGK 1 (slightly water-polluting). For stationary tanks up to 1,000 L, a separate water-law permit is generally not required, provided the system stands on a sealed, paved surface. Above certain quantities (varies by federal state), there may be a notification or permit obligation under the AwSV. Our tank systems meet the requirements of the AwSV. Before installation, we recommend consulting the responsible Lower Water Authority.
The climate package of the Kingspan BlueMaster PRO systems comprises a tank heater (prevents freezing below −11 °C) and insulation (protects against overheating and decomposition above +30 °C). It makes sense for outdoor installation without a roof in regions with frost or strong sunlight, as well as for indoor installation in halls without temperature control (cold in winter). Without a climate package, AdBlue® must be drained from the tank in frost, or the system must be winterised with frost protection.
As a guide: a Euro 6 truck consumes around 4–8 % of its fuel consumption in AdBlue® – at 300 L of diesel a week, around 12–24 L of AdBlue®. For 5–10 vehicles, a tank of 1,500–2,500 L is sufficient with weekly delivery. For 20–50 vehicles, 5,000–9,000 L is recommended in order to extend delivery intervals to 2–4 weeks and reduce logistics costs. Larger tanks also mean a lower delivery frequency and often more favourable purchase prices per litre of AdBlue®.
With correct storage (−5 °C to +25 °C, UV-protected), AdBlue® has a shelf life of 12–18 months from the date of manufacture. At higher temperatures (over +30 °C) or in direct sunlight, the shelf life is considerably shortened – urea decomposes into ammonia and loses its approval under ISO 22241. Stationary tanks should therefore be filled with a realistic consumption that lies within the shelf-life limit. The climate package of the BlueMaster PRO systems extends the effective storage duration in outdoor installations.
