Tyre-pressure technology valve connectors, tyre inflators & AutoAir pressure regulators for workshops

Professional tyre-pressure technology for car workshops – from PCL valve connectors (Euro Clip-on, One Clip pro) and analogue or digital hand-held tyre inflators through the stationary QUBE 2 automatic tyre inflator to the AutoAir II tyre-pressure regulator for cars and trucks. Calibratable solutions for tyre service and tyre inflation.

✅ Valve connectors for cars · trucks · twin tyres ✅ Analogue · digital · stationary ✅ Calibratable (MID) on request ✅ PCL · QUBE 2 · AutoAir II

Valve connectors – the PCL range

Euro Clip-on (from €7.14) for standard car valves, One Clip pro (from €19.50) with a 360° swivel joint for maximum flexibility – straight and angled, with a 1/4" internal thread or a hose connection DN 6.5/8. Double-sided forecourt connector (from €14.50) for twin tyres and commercial vehicles.

Hand-held tyre inflators

The analogue hand-held tyre inflator AirForce, calibratable (€137) – 0–12 bar, a reading accuracy of 0.01 bar, max. 910 l/min. The digital ACCURA 1 PCL, calibrated (€150) – 0–12 bar, 1/4" internal thread, a 1.85 m hose. For mobile use on all vehicles in the workshop.

QUBE 2 – automatic tyre inflator

The QUBE 2 (€469) is a stationary, pre-programmable automatic tyre inflator – calibrated, with a 5 m smooth hose and a single clip-on connector. Preselect the target pressure, attach the connector, and the tyre inflates automatically to the chosen pressure and stops by itself.

AutoAir II – fully automatic pressure regulator

AutoAir II for cars (wall/stand, €2,328–2,484) and trucks (wall/stand, €2,328–2,484) – a fully automatic tyre-pressure regulator, calibratable, a 10 m coil hose (car) or a 15 m smooth hose (truck). Also available as a complete compressor set for cars (€4,798).

Valve connectors – which for which vehicle?

Euro Clip-on: the standard for all cars with a Schrader valve – simple clip-on. One Clip pro with a 360° swivel joint: for hard-to-reach valves, the hose does not twist. Angled: for narrow rims without straight valve access. Forecourt connector: for twin tyres on trucks/buses – both tyres at once.

📊

Analogue or digital – hand-held tyre inflator?

AirForce analogue (€137): a rugged dial version, no battery, 0.01 bar reading accuracy, calibratable. ACCURA 1 digital (€150): a digital display, easy to read in poor lighting, calibrated. For tyre-pressure checking on the customer invoice: a calibrated device is required by law.

QUBE 2 – automatic inflation

Set the target pressure on the QUBE 2 (€469), attach the valve connector – the device inflates automatically to the set pressure and stops. Calibrated, a 5 m hose, ready to connect. Ideal for tyre workshops and quick service – saves time and prevents over- or under-inflation.

AutoAir II – car or truck?

Car: max. 5.5 bar, a 10 m coil hose. Truck: max. 10 bar, a 15 m smooth hose. Each as a wall unit or a free-standing stand unit. Both 230V, calibratable. Fully automatic: set the pressure, attach the connector, done.

🏗️

Wall or stand?

Wall mounting: space-saving, a fixed location, no risk of tipping. Stand: free-standing, flexibly positionable, no wall connection needed. For defined tyre-service points: wall. For flexible placement or seasonal use: stand.

AutoAir II with a compressor

AutoAir II compressor set for cars (€4,798) with an integrated compressor – no separate compressed-air connection needed. Ideal for workshops without a central compressed-air supply or for separate tyre-service areas and outdoor stations.

Frequently asked questions about tyre-pressure technology

Euro Clip-on: a standard valve connector, pressed onto the tyre valve and held by spring tension – simple, low-cost, proven. One Clip pro: additionally has a 360° swivel joint between the connector and the hose. The hose turns freely without releasing the connector from the valve – particularly practical with hard-to-reach valves. Angled version (One Clip pro A): for valves that cannot be approached straight on (narrow sports rims, recessed valves).
Under the German Calibration Ordinance, every measuring device used for price calculation towards customers must be calibrated. In the car workshop this applies when the tyre-pressure measurement or setting is billed on the customer invoice. For internal use (your own fleet, quality control), a non-calibrated device is sufficient. The AirForce and ACCURA 1 are calibratable. Both must be recalibrated regularly – check the calibration intervals under state law.
A forecourt connector (double-sided valve connector) has two connections – one for compressed air, one for the valve. With twin tyres (trucks, buses, trailers), two tyres sit one behind the other on one side of the axle. The inner tyre has a long valve that is led out through the hole in the outer rim. With the forecourt connector, the pressure can be checked and air topped up without having to reach the valves individually – the inner valve is otherwise barely accessible.
The QUBE 2 is a fully automatic tyre inflator: you set the target pressure, attach the connector and let the device work. It inflates the tyre automatically to exactly the set pressure and then stops by itself. A simple hand-held tyre inflator requires the mechanic to monitor the pressure manually and stop when the target pressure is reached. The QUBE 2 is faster, more accurate and frees you up for other tasks during inflation. It is calibrated – suitable for customer billing.
The turbo connector / valve-core removal tool (€94.50) is a special connector that slightly lifts the valve core when placed on the valve, thereby releasing the airflow without turning the valve core. This enables faster inflation with a higher airflow – especially at low pressure or when the valve core is stiff. The turbo connector with a 6.35 mm connection is designed for 1/4" hoses.
The AutoAir II requires a compressed-air supply of at least 7 bar (car) or 12 bar (truck) – a maximum of 16 bar. That corresponds to a normal workshop compressed-air supply. Important: the inlet pressure must always be higher than the desired inflation pressure. For workshops without a compressed-air connection, the AutoAir II compressor set (€4,798) with an integrated compressor is the right solution – completely self-sufficient, requiring only 230V power.
