Häufige Fragen zu Ölentsorgern

Auffangen: Ablassschraube öffnen, Öl läuft über Trichter in den Altölwagen – vollständige Entleerung, aber Mechaniker liegt unter dem Fahrzeug und heißes Öl fließt über heiße Teile. Absaugen: Saugsonde durch den Ölmessstab-Schacht einführen, Vakuumpumpe saugt das Öl ab – sauber, kein Unterkriechen, keine Ablassschraube, aber 5–15 % Restöl verbleiben im Totbereich der Ölwanne. Kombigeräte (MATO Kombi, Samoa Combo, MasterDrainer II Kombi) können beide Methoden.
Die Hydraulikkupplung ist ein Trockenkupplungssystem für den Anschluss des Altölwagens an den stationären Sammeltank. Beim Abkuppeln tritt kein Öl aus – innen liegende Ventile schließen automatisch. Das ermöglicht einen schnellen, sauberen Wechsel zwischen Auffang-Position und Entleerung ohne Öltropfen. Besonders effizient bei hohem Ölwechselvolumen in größeren Betrieben.
Die Standard-Saugsonde hat Ø 12 mm – dieser Durchmesser passt nicht in alle Ölmessstab-Öffnungen, da verschiedene Hersteller unterschiedliche Rohr-Innendurchmesser verwenden. Der MATO Absaugadapter für BMW/VW/Citroën passt jeweils auf den markenspezifischen Ölmessstab-Durchmesser, sodass die Saugsonde eingeführt und dicht abgeschlossen werden kann. Der universelle Saugsonden-Adapter (16 auf 12 mm) ermöglicht zusätzliche Anpassung.
Beide haben 80-L-Auffangbehälter, vier Lenkrollen, Füllstandsanzeige, Ablagefächer und 1,8-m-Schlauch. Classic (1.077 €): Nur Ablassen über Trichter – für den klassischen Ölwechsel mit Ablassschraube. Kombi (1.128 €): Zusätzlich mit Absaugfunktion und Saugsonden – kann auch durch den Ölmessstab-Schacht absaugen. Für Betriebe mit gemischtem Fahrzeugbestand ist die Kombi-Variante wirtschaftlicher.
Vacumaster VM-W (2.118 €, Wandmontage): Fest an der Wand montiert – platzsparend, stabiler Stand, kein Umfallen-Risiko, ideal für feste Arbeitsplätze mit stabiler Wand. Vacumaster VM-S (2.294 €, Standfuß): Freistehend auf Standfuß – flexibel positionierbar, kein Wandanschluss nötig, für Werkstätten ohne geeignete Wandposition oder für semi-mobile Aufstellung. Beide arbeiten mit 5 bar Druckluft und 100 l/min Luftverbrauch, mit 3m Saugschlauch für Pkw, LKW und Busse.
Das Altölzentrum AZ DPM (Samoa-Hallbauer) ist eine zentrale Altöl-Sammelstation mit Druckluftmembranpumpe, Sicherheitsauffangwanne und Ölstandsmelder. Es sammelt Altöl aus mehreren Entsorgungsgeräten (Auffangwagen, Absauggeräte) zentral. Mit 1000-L-Lagertank und Überfüllsicherung (7.903 €) ist es die vollständige Infrastrukturlösung für Groß-Werkstätten, Flottenbetriebe und Industriebetriebe mit hohem täglichen Altölanfall und Anforderungen nach WHG-konformer Zwischenlagerung bis zur Abholung durch den Entsorger.
