Fresh Oil Tank Systems professional storage & dispensing

Complete fresh oil systems with tank, pump, hose reel and flow meter – for engine oil, hydraulic oil and lubricants. From TECALEMIT and Samoa. Ready to use, space-saving, designed for workshops.

✅ 200 to 2,000 litres ✅ Complete systems from stock ✅ TECALEMIT · Samoa ✅ Electric & pneumatic pumps

Compact Systems

Tank, pump, hose and meter in one unit – ready to install and immediately operational. Ideal for workshops with limited space.

Electric or Pneumatic?

Electric gear pumps for consistent flow rates. Pneumatic pumps for explosion-protected areas or where no mains power is available.

Multi-Oil Systems

For businesses with multiple oil types: systems with two or more dispensing points, colour-coded and clearly labelled. Engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil simultaneously.

With or Without Meter?

Simple operation: a mechanical flow meter is sufficient. Cost control: K400 flow meter or electronic meter for consumption analysis.

Which fresh oil system suits your business?

🔧

Car Workshop

Compact systems with hose reel and single-arm are ideal. Space-saving, quickly available, for engine oil and gear oil.

🚛

Fleet & Transport

For larger fleets, 1,000 to 1,500-litre systems with a K400 meter are recommended for consumption analysis per vehicle.

🏭

Industry

For explosion-protected zones: pneumatic pumps 3:1 without mains power, up to 16 bar. Ideal for heavy and high-viscosity oils.

🚜

Agriculture

Robust complete systems for engine oil and hydraulic oil – combinable with waste oil collection for clean disposal on the farm.

Electric vs. Pneumatic

Electric: simple, consistent, cost-effective. Pneumatic: no mains required, explosion-safe, higher pressure for viscous oils.

📊

Cost Control

With a K400 flow meter, oil quantities per vehicle or cost centre can be accurately recorded and analysed.

Frequently Asked Questions about Fresh Oil Tank Systems

A fresh oil tank system is a complete system for the safe storage and clean dispensing of lubricating oils – consisting of a tank, pump, hose reel, dispensing nozzle and flow meter. It is the centrepiece of every professional oil supply system in workshops, vehicle fleets and agricultural businesses.
Most fresh oil tank systems are suitable for engine oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils and other lubricants. For different oil types, multi-oil systems with colour-coded lines and dispensing points are recommended to avoid mix-ups.
As a rule of thumb: monthly oil requirement × 2 as a buffer size. Small workshops manage well with 200–500 litres. Medium-sized businesses and vehicle fleets often choose 1,000 litres. For large workshops or intensive use, 1,500 to 2,000 litres are recommended.
Electric gear pumps are easy to use, consistent in flow rate and cost-effective to operate. Pneumatic pumps (e.g. 3:1 from TECALEMIT) are ideal when no mains power is available, in explosion-protected areas (ATEX) or for high-viscosity oils requiring higher pressure.
Yes. Lubricating oils are classified as water-polluting substances (WGK 1). According to the AwSV regulation, appropriate containment systems are mandatory. Most of our fresh oil tank systems are equipped with an integrated spill containment tray and meet the legal requirements. For larger quantities, a notification requirement with the relevant environmental authority may apply.
Yes, there are combination systems that combine fresh oil dispensing and waste oil collection in one unit. This saves space and ensures a clean oil cycle in the workshop. Contact us – we will configure the right system for your business.
