KAP ECO – modular sump system
Two collection sumps with 150 L volume each and drive-over ramps, maximum wheel load 10 t, fully hot-dip galvanised. For indoor and sheltered areas (KAP ECO) or open air with hinged covers (KAP ECO Outdoor). Modular and expandable from €7,054.
KAP GIRO – large-area for heavy trucks
Four collection sumps with 210 L volume each and heavy-duty gratings. Maximum vehicle weight 40 t, wheel load 6.5 t. For refuelling operations with heavy trucks and large vehicles. For indoor and outdoor installation from €8,967.

For operations that need a simple, approved standing area when refuelling tractors or light vehicles: Type TAW or KPS (from €4,016) – a compact edge-threshold construction made of steel, slip-resistant, for indoor and covered areas.
Trucks & heavy commercial vehicles
For refuelling operations with trucks up to 40 t gross weight: KAP GIRO (from €8,967) – four sumps with heavy-duty gratings, 210 L collection volume per sump. The wheel load of 6.5 t at 40 t vehicle weight meets the requirements of heavy fleet operations.
Industry & construction machinery
For wheel loaders, excavators and other construction machinery with a high axle load: KAP ECO (from €7,054) – 10 t wheel load, 150 L collection volume, fully hot-dip galvanised. For indoor installation in halls or outdoors with hinged-cover protection (KAP ECO Outdoor from €12,779).
Open-air installation
For operation without a roof, only the outdoor versions with hinged covers are suitable (KAP ECO Outdoor from €12,779, KAP GIRO Outdoor from €14,692) – the hinged covers protect the collection sumps from rainwater and prevent overfilling.

WHG compliance & approval
Filling stations must be built in accordance with § 18 AwSV (the German installation ordinance) and have a sufficient collection volume. The KAP ECO/GIRO systems meet these requirements. For the specific approval situation, we recommend consulting the responsible lower water authority.
