Battery grease guns
Cordless battery grease guns with 18V Li-Ion batteries – ideal for mobile use on vehicles, construction machinery and agricultural equipment without a compressed-air supply. MATO Accu-Greaser and Samoa-Hallbauer systems with an AMPShare battery (compatible with the Bosch battery platform). High-pressure hoses, replacement batteries and chargers available as accessories. Ideal for outdoor use and mobile maintenance.
Air-operated lubrication devices
Air-operated lubrication devices for stationary workshop use – fast, high-pressure grease delivery without batteries or cables. Connect to an existing compressed-air supply and use straight away. For vehicle fleets and operations with an existing compressed-air system, this is the most economical solution. Higher delivery rates than hand guns, steady pressure even with viscous grease.
Air-operated grease guns
Air-operated grease guns generate high pressure up to 400 bar for hard-to-reach or heavily loaded lubrication points. Mountable directly on the drum or IBC – no decanting needed. For large grease volumes in continuous use in workshops and industry. Incl. high-pressure hose and dispensing gun. Samoa-Hallbauer and MATO as proven manufacturers.
Grease fillers
Grease fillers fill grease-gun cartridges directly from the drum or IBC – fast, clean, without air pockets. Indispensable when many cartridges are refilled regularly. Avoids the costly purchase of pre-filled disposable cartridges. Saves considerable costs with higher grease consumption – refill grease in a drum costs significantly less than disposable cartridges.
Grease guns / lubrication devices
Classic lever-action and one-hand grease guns for universal use – from the low-cost eco one-hand gun (€25) to the professional Lube-Shuttle® grease gun (€42+). Max. 400 bar working pressure. For 400 g and 500 g cartridges or loose grease. The Lube-Shuttle® system allows clean, fast cartridge changes without gloves and without grease loss.
Push presses
Compact high-pressure push presses (40–300 ccm) for the quick re-lubrication of individual lubrication points – operated by pushing the piston, no lever mechanism. Very cheap (from €11.50), rugged, for hard-to-reach spots. With universal and pointed mouthpiece. For the occasional lubrication of individual bearings and joints, the simplest and cheapest solution.
Grease cartridges
Lube-Shuttle® booster packs in various grease types: multi-purpose grease MULTI basic (–30 to +120°C), graphite grease (–30 to +150°C), EP grease MULTI PLUS. Also standard grease cartridges with lithium multi-purpose grease for classic guns. Empty cartridges for self-filling and closure caps. The right grease is just as important as the right grease gun.
