For existing tank systems
Fuel management systems are retrofit control modules – they are installed between the pump and the power supply and enable access control without a new dispenser. The PIUSI MCBOX Compact (€965) and the TECALEMIT HDA eco Kit with an FMOG 100 pulse generator are typical retrofit solutions.
Access control & logging
Every refuelling is stored with the user ID, date, time and quantity. The TECALEMIT HDA eco uses transponder cards (RFID), the PIUSI MCBOX Compact uses PIN codes. Data is stored locally and read out via USB or PC software.
Cloud & app management
The PIUSI MCBOX B.SMART (€2,394) connects via Bluetooth and app – fuelling data in real time, user management and consumption analysis via smartphone or web. For 1 or 2 pumps, 100–240V and 12–24V, making it suitable for mobile systems too.
Several dispensing points
The TECALEMIT HDA 5 eco (€3,224) controls up to 5 dispensing points centrally – ideal for large fleets with several dispensing points. With a built-in transponder reader, PC software and fuel-data logging. Not calibratable – for internal operational consumption recording.
