Compressed air & water
PCL compressed-air hose reels compact (8 m, DN8, €85) and standard (15/20 m, DN10, from €144) as well as PCL Prestige (15 m, DN12). PIUSI enclosed reels (20 bar) for air and water in 12 m and 15 m. Samoa WD-15 for water/diesel (€1,822). For all compressed-air stations and water connections in the workshop.
Oil hose reels up to 60 bar
PIUSI oil reels in 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" versions (60 bar) – open or enclosed, 10–20 m hose length, without or with a hose (€322–876). Samoa SiA open/enclosed for oil (1/2"), 10–18 m (€671–883). For fresh oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and used oil.
Grease hose reels up to 400 bar
PIUSI GREASE high-pressure grease reels (400 bar) in 1/4" and 3/8", 10–15 m (€342–544). Samoa Single-Arm open (€554–714) and SiA enclosed (€669–784) for grease hoses 1/4" and 3/8", 10–18 m. For all grease guns and centralised lubrication systems.
Special solutions

Choosing the right hose reel for your medium
Compressed air – up to 17 bar
PCL compact DN8 (8 m, €85) for small workshops, PCL standard DN10 (15/20 m, from €144) as the standard solution, PCL Prestige DN12 (15 m, €288) for a higher flow. PIUSI enclosed (20 bar) also suitable for water. Choose a drip-tray model for ceiling or wall mounting.
Fresh oil – 60 bar
PIUSI oil reel 60 bar in 3/8" (from €322) or 1/2" (from €324), 10–20 m – open or enclosed, without or with a hose. Samoa SiA enclosed (€671–803) in 1/2", 10–18 m for continuous operation. Pay attention to the viscosity of the oil: for gear oil SAE 90, choose a larger cross-section (1/2").
Grease – 400 bar high pressure
PIUSI GREASE 400 bar in 1/4" or 3/8", 10–15 m (€342–544). Samoa Single-Arm open (€554–579) or SiA enclosed (€669–784). Note the hose size of the grease gun – 1/4" is the most common size, 3/8" for larger grease guns. For centralised lubrication systems: note the supply/return hose.
Diesel & water
PIUSI DN25 (10 m, 10 bar, €731) for diesel dispensing systems. Samoa WD-15 water/diesel (15 m, €1,822) combined. Hose drums DN12/16 (€619–802) for compressed air or water with a large cross-section. Always check the medium resistance of the hose.
Open or enclosed?
Open: a visible spring mechanism, easy maintenance access, lighter and cheaper. Enclosed (PIUSI, Samoa SiA): protection against contamination and damage, a tidy appearance, protects the reel from dripping oil. For customer areas or visible installations, the enclosed version is recommended.
Hose length & size
Hose length according to the working area: 10 m for fixed points, 15 m flexible, 20–25 m for large halls. Hose size according to flow rate: 3/8" low, 1/2" medium, 3/4" and 1½" for large systems. Longer hoses with a larger cross-section reduce pressure losses with high-viscosity media.
