Elektro-Zahnradpumpen

Häufige Fragen zu Ölpumpen

Zahnradpumpen erzeugen hohen Druck (bis 16 bar) bei moderater Fördermenge – ideal für dünn- bis mittelviskose Öle (bis ca. 2000 cSt). Flügelzellenpumpen liefern höhere Fördermengen bei niedrigerem Druck, geeignet für Öle bis 500 cSt und Pflanzenöle. Kolbenpumpen (meist Druckluft) bewältigen hochviskose Medien bis SAE 140 – das Übersetzungsverhältnis (z.B. 3:1 oder 5:1) gibt an, wieviel Luftdruck auf Öldruck übersetzt wird.
Das Verhältnis gibt an, wieviel Ausgangsdruck die Pumpe pro Einheit Luftdruck erzeugt. Eine 3:1-Pumpe erzeugt bei 6 bar Luftdruck ca. 18 bar Öldruck – ausreichend für dünn- bis mittelviskose Öle. Eine 5:1-Pumpe erzeugt bei 6 bar ca. 30 bar – nötig für hochviskose Öle ab SAE 90. Für Getriebeöl SAE 140 empfiehlt sich mindestens 5:1.
Für hochviskose Getriebeöle ab SAE 90/140 sind Druckluft-Kolbenpumpen mit mindestens 5:1-Übersetzung (z.B. PIUSI P5.5:1, GRACO LD 5:1) die richtige Wahl. Elektrische Zahnradpumpen sind in der Regel nur bis ca. SAE 90 freigegeben. Die Pressol SRL 500 ist eine manuelle Kanisterpumpe speziell für Öle bis SAE 140.
Ja – die meisten elektrischen Ölpumpen (Zahnrad- und Flügelzellenpumpen) sind für Hydrauliköle bis SAE 80–90 freigegeben. Wichtig: Die Viskosität muss im zulässigen Bereich der Pumpe liegen. Hochviskose Hydrauliköle im kalten Zustand benötigen entsprechende Druckluft-Kolbenpumpen.
Ein Bypassventil (auch Überdruckventil) schützt die Pumpe vor Überdruck, wenn der Abgabeschlauch abgesperrt oder die Zapfpistole geschlossen ist. Der Öldruck wird dann intern zurückgeführt. Ohne Bypassventil kann die Pumpe bei geschlossener Leitung überhitzen oder beschädigt werden. Die meisten hochwertigen Ölpumpen sind serienmäßig mit Bypassventil ausgestattet.
Die meisten elektrischen Ölpumpen (Zahnrad- und Flügelzellenpumpen) saugen selbstansaugend bis ca. 2–2,5 m Saughöhe an. Druckluft-Kolbenpumpen werden direkt auf das Fass aufgesetzt (Tauchrohr im Fass) und benötigen keine Saugtiefe. Für tiefe Erdtanks oder große Behälter empfehlen sich Kreiselpumpen oder spezielle Tauchrohre.
