Grease follower plates – basic accessory
MATO grease follower plates FO series in 9 sizes (€39–115) for grease-bucket internal diameters of 165–410 mm – they push the grease evenly downwards and prevent air pockets during intake. Compatible with ecoFILL, centraFILL, pneuMATO 55, pneuMATO 75 and Bucket Greaser. Suction-tube Ø 40 mm.
ecoFILL & centraFILL – MATO filler units
ecoFILL-standard (€145.50, 5–200 kg), ecoFILL-deluxe (€198.50, 10–50 kg), ecoFILL-deluxe JOKEY (€269.50, 18/20 kg JOKEY containers), centraFILL-deluxe (€294, 10–50 kg, with a CLS coupling) and centraFILL-mobile (€432) – for NLGI greases class 000–2, with a grease follower plate for a constant supply.
Füllmeister FG plus & FGZ Kombi
Samoa-Hallbauer Füllmeister FG plus stationary (€201–206, 50 cc/stroke) for 15/18 and 25 kg containers. FGZ Kombi (€381–612) for 15/18, 25 and 50 kg – mobile or stationary, works down to –20 °C, max. 35 bar, with a CLS coupling to ISO 7241B DN6 and a 2 m PVC grease hose.
pneuMATO-fill – pneumatic up to 4,000 g/min
MATO pneuMATO-fill as a unit (€598.50), wheeled 15–50 kg (€896.50) and as a filling pump 10–200 kg (€935) – a pneumatic high-performance grease filler unit with a 1:3 pressure ratio, up to 4,000 g/min flow rate. For large grease quantities and quick filling in industrial use.

The right grease filler unit for your application
Why fill cartridges yourself?
Lubricating grease in buckets (5–200 kg) is cheaper than in 400 g cartridges. Anyone who regularly changes a battery or manual grease-gun cartridge: a grease filler unit pays for itself quickly. ecoFILL-standard (€145.50) for occasional filling, centraFILL-mobile (€432) or pneuMATO-fill (from €598) for continuous operation.
The right size – which grease bucket?
The grease-bucket internal diameter determines the necessary grease follower plate and the matching filler unit. 15/18 kg: FO 15 (255–282 mm), Füllmeister FG plus 15/18. 25 kg: FO 25 (300–335 mm), Füllmeister FG plus 25. 50 kg: FO 50 (385–410 mm), FGZ Kombi 50. 5–200 kg universal: ecoFILL-standard or pneuMATO-fill.
Filling centralised lubrication systems
For refilling follower-plate containers in stationary centralised lubrication systems (CLS): CENTRAFILL-Standard (€223, 5–50 kg) or centraFILL-deluxe/-mobile (€294–432) – both with a CLS coupling to ISO standard 7241B DN6 / R1/4" for direct connection to the lubricant container.
Cold-resistant down to –20 °C
For outdoor use and operation at sub-zero temperatures: Samoa Füllmeister FGZ Kombi (€381–612) – explicitly approved for –20 °C. Important in sectors such as forestry, municipal services and construction, where lubrication services are also carried out in winter.
Pneumatic – the highest flow rate
For large operations with a high grease throughput: pneuMATO-fill (from €598) with up to 4,000 g/min flow rate and a 1:3 pressure ratio. Fills cartridges, CLS containers and follower-plate tanks quickly and air-free. Suction-tube lengths selectable for all bucket sizes 5–200 kg.
