Häufige Fragen zu AdBlue®-Pumpen

AdBlue® (Harnstofflösung AUS 32) ist stark korrosiv gegenüber Kupfer, Messing und Zink – Materialien, die in Standard-Diesel- oder Ölpumpen häufig vorkommen. AdBlue®-Pumpen sind aus korrosionsbeständigen Materialien wie Edelstahl, Polypropylen (PP) und EPDM gefertigt. Zudem würden Rückstände aus Dieselpumpen das AdBlue® verunreinigen und das SCR-Einspritzsystem des Fahrzeugs beschädigen. Nie AdBlue® und Diesel mit denselben Schläuchen oder Pumpen führen.
Eine Membranpumpe (SB34, HORNET) sitzt außerhalb des Behälters und saugt das AdBlue® über einen Saugschlauch an – selbstansaugend bis ca. 3 m, für Fässer und IBC-Container geeignet. Die PIUSI SQUALO35 Tauchpumpe wird direkt in den IBC-Container eingetaucht – keine Saugprobleme, kompakte Bauform, wartungsarm. Für IBC-Container ist die Tauchpumpe oft die elegantere Lösung; für wechselnde Fässer eignet sich die Membranpumpe besser.
SEC (Standard Euro Coupling) ist ein genormtes Trockenkupplungssystem für AdBlue®-Anschlüsse an IBC-Containern. Beim Abkuppeln tritt kein AdBlue® aus – wichtig, da AdBlue® beim Eintrocknen Kristalle bildet und Metalle korrodiert. Pumpen mit SEC-Kupplung (z.B. Membranpumpe SB34-IBC, HORNET W85H INOX) sind für den IBC-Einsatz besonders geeignet und ermöglichen einen sauberen, schnellen Behälterwechsel ohne Tropfverlust.
Für Pkw und Transporter mit kleinen SCR-Tanks (5–25 L) reichen 10–20 l/min aus – hohe Leistung birgt das Risiko des Rückspritzens. Für LKW mit großen SCR-Tanks (40–100 L) sind 35–57 l/min (HORNET, GRACO) wirtschaftlicher, da die Betankungszeit deutlich kürzer ist. Die PIUSI DELPHIN PRO und Suzzarablue-Modelle bieten stufenlos regelbare Leistung für beide Anwendungsfälle.
AdBlue® kristallisiert beim Eintrocknen und kann Pumpen, Schläuche und Zapfventile verstopfen oder beschädigen. Nach jedem Einsatz: Schlauch und Zapfventil mit klarem Wasser durchspülen und leer laufen lassen. Bei längerem Stillstand (über 2 Wochen) die gesamte Pumpe entleeren und spülen. Bei Frost (unter −11 °C) muss die Pumpe vollständig entleert werden, da gefrorenes AdBlue® die Pumpengehäuse sprengen kann.
Alle HORNET W85H INOX-Varianten haben die gleiche Pumpeneinheit (48 l/min, 230V, Edelstahl). Die Unterschiede liegen im Zubehör und der Montagekonfiguration: Light Basic (565 €): Edelstahlmontagekonsole, 4-m-Schlauch, Standard-Zapfventil. Light IBC-Kompakt: Speziell für IBC-Container mit SEC-Kupplung. Standard mit FMT3 (846 €): Mit elektronischem Durchflussmesser FMT3 für genaue Litererfassung, 8-m-Schlauch und Automatik-Zapfventil A2003-KS. Das FMT3-Modell ist die vollständigste Lösung für professionelle Fuhrparkbetankung.
