Dispensing hoses DN 19
Dispensing hose DN 19 by the metre (€14.50/m) for individual lengths, or as a ready-made 4 m hose (€56) – made of AdBlue®-resistant material for use on pumps and dispensers. Suction hoses with an integrated check valve in 0.3 m, 1.1 m, 1.5 m and 1.4 m lengths.
Hose connections & fittings
PIUSI hose connections in straight and 90° versions for 1" systems (€28–35), an INOX version 3/4" (€46) and connectors for pipework on AdBlue® systems. All made of PP or stainless steel, with union-nut and nipple variants.
Drum connectors AF2 & SEC couplings
PIUSI AF2 drum connectors (€63) in four thread sizes (2", 2"B, 2" 70x6, 56x4) incl. a suction tube – for the direct connection of the pump to 200 L drums and IBC containers. SEC coupling with a DN19 hose holder (€61) for a drip-free dry coupling.
Gravity Kit & small accessories
PIUSI Gravity Kit (€155) as a complete gravity-dispensing set with a 3 m hose, a manual nozzle and a foot-valve adapter – for natural outflow without a pump. A hose-clamp set (€8), an Elafix magnetic adapter (€28) and a protective cover for swivel joints as small accessories.

The right accessories for your AdBlue® system
Dispensing hose – length & type
The dispensing hose DN 19 is the standard for most AdBlue® nozzles and pumps. By the metre (€14.50/m) for individual lengths or ready-made as a 4 m hose (€56). DN 19 = 19 mm internal diameter, suitable for all 3/4" and 1" connections. For pumps with a high flow rate (over 40 l/min), DN 25 is more sensible – then request the hose separately.
Choosing connections & fittings correctly
Hose connections join the hose and the pump outlet. Straight connections for a direct outlet, 90° connections for space-saving installation in tight housings. Pay attention to the thread system: union nut (ÜWM) or nipple, 1" or 3/4". PIUSI parts fit all PIUSI pumps and Suzzarablue systems.
Drum connectors for 200 L drums
The PIUSI AF2 drum connector (€63) is screwed into the drum's bung and enables the direct connection of the pump. Four thread sizes available: 2" BSP (standard thread), 2"B, 2" 70×6 (Mauser/coarse thread) and 56×4 (buttress). The correct size depends on the drum type – if in doubt, measure the thread or ask the drum manufacturer.
SEC couplings for IBC containers
The SEC coupling with a DN19 connection (€61) enables a drip-free connection to IBC containers with an SEC outlet valve – no AdBlue® escapes when disconnecting. The SEC suction tube 865 mm (€63.50) as a matching dip tube for the IBC container. The PIUSI DRUM suction tube (€87) in 2"BSP or 56×4 for various drum openings.
Elafix magnetic adapter – what is it?
The Elaflex Elafix 40 magnetic adapter (€28) is fitted into the vehicle's AdBlue® filler neck and enables the automatic locking of the matching nozzle – preventing incorrect refuelling with diesel or other media. Protection against confusing diesel and AdBlue® filler necks, especially in fleet operations.
Gravity Kit – refuel without a pump
The PIUSI Gravity Kit (€155) enables the dispensing of AdBlue® by gravity – no power, no pump required. With a 3 m hose (DN 19), a manual nozzle and a foot-valve adapter. For vehicles whose AdBlue® tank stands higher than the storage container, gravity is not suitable – then a pump is needed.
