The Rietbergwerke QUADRO-DV is a mobile, double-walled diesel bowser made of hot-dip galvanised steel with a capacity of 330 or 450 l. Both sizes hold an unlimited approval as packaging D/BAM 15600/1A2W for road, rail, inland waterways, sea and air, plus approval Z-38.12-230 as a storage tank. It is available as a base unit without accessories or as a complete package with a 12/24 V pump (35/70 l/min nominal, 30/50 l/min effective) or 230 V pump (56/52 l/min), PZ300 meter, 6 m power cable, 6 m hose assembly and automatic nozzle.

Der Quadro-DV ohne Zubehör (R-503700) ist der reine Doppelwandtank ohne Pumpe, Schlauch oder Zählwerk – ideal für Betriebe, die eine eigene Pumpe nachrüsten oder eine vorhandene Pumpe verwenden möchten. Das Komplettpaket (R-503701) enthält zusätzlich eine Elektropumpe (12/24V oder 230V wählbar), Abgabeschlauch und mechanisches Zählwerk und ist sofort betriebsbereit. Für den Einstieg ohne eigene Pumpeninfrastruktur empfehlen wir das Komplettpaket; für Betriebe mit vorhandener Pumpenausstattung reicht der Basistank.
Welche Pumpenoptionen gibt es beim Quadro-DV Komplettpaket – 12V, 24V oder 230V?
Das Komplettpaket Quadro-DV ist in drei Pumpenausführungen erhältlich: 12V (für PKW, Transporter und Traktoren mit 12-Volt-Bordnetz), 24V (für LKW und schwere Baumaschinen mit 24-Volt-Bordnetz) sowie 230V (für stationäre Aufstellorte mit Netzstromanschluss). Alle drei Varianten sind direkt auf der Produktseite als Variante wählbar. Die Pumpenleistung beträgt typischerweise 35–40 Liter pro Minute – ausreichend für PKW, Traktoren und mittlere Nutzfahrzeuge. Bei häufiger LKW-Betankung empfehlen wir eine Pumpe mit höherer Förderleistung.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem Quadro-DV (330/440L) und dem Quadro-C (700L/1000L)?
Beide sind doppelwandige mobile Rietberg-Tankanlagen aus Stahl mit Transport- und Lagerzulassung. Der Quadro-DV ist in den kleineren Volumenstufen 330 und 440 Liter erhältlich – ideal für Baustellen mit mittlerem Tagesverbrauch und für Fahrzeuge mit begrenzter Nutzlast. Der Quadro-C ist in 700 und 1000 Litern erhältlich und für Betriebe mit höherem Kraftstoffbedarf ausgelegt. Die Wahl hängt vom Tagesverbrauch und der Nutzlastkapazität des Trägerfahrzeugs ab: Der befüllte Quadro-DV 330L wiegt ca. 350 kg, der Quadro-C 1000L ca. 1050 kg.
Ist der Rietberg Quadro-DV ADR-zugelassen und darf er befüllt transportiert werden?
Ja – der Quadro-DV verfügt über eine Transportzulassung und darf befüllt auf öffentlichen Straßen transportiert werden. Als WHG-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb nach § 62 AwSV beraten wir Sie zu den für Ihr Volumen geltenden Transportvorschriften.
Welche Genehmigungen benötige ich für den Quadro-DV als stationäre oder mobile Anlage?
Im mobilen Betrieb (regelmäßiges Umsetzen) gelten ADR-Transportvorschriften und die AwSV-Grundanforderungen beim Befüllen und Abgeben. Im ortsfesten Betrieb ist der Quadro-DV als Anlage zum Lagern wassergefährdender Stoffe einzustufen: Bis 1000 Liter Diesel (WGK 2, Gefährdungsstufe B) ist eine Anzeige bei der unteren Wasserbehörde und eine Erstprüfung vorgeschrieben (§ 40 AwSV). Die doppelwandige Bauweise des Quadro-DV erleichtert die Genehmigung erheblich. Als WHG-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb nach § 62 AwSV begleiten wir Sie durch den gesamten Prozess.
