The Rietbergwerke 24 V/85 Ah battery (part no. 300703) consists of two high-performance 12 V/85 Ah (20 h) gel batteries connected in series via a cable link. According to the manufacturer, each battery has 950 Wh, a cold cranking current of 450 A, dimensions of 330 × 171 × 236 mm and a weight of 30 kg. The gel batteries are maintenance-free, flashback-protected and leak-proof, with internal gas recombination and low self-discharge.
