Rietbergwerke QUADRO-D Diesel Bowser 2000 / 3000 l – Configurator
The Rietbergwerke QUADRO-D is a double-walled diesel bowser made of steel hot-dip galvanised inside and out, which can be configured here as a 2000 l or 3000 l container. Both containers hold an unlimited UN approval as an IBC (D/BAM/16125/31A) for ADR, RID, ADN and the IMDG Code as well as the general building authority approval Z-38.12-223 as a storage tank; they are double-walled within the meaning of the German AwSV regulation with permanent vacuum leak monitoring of both walls and can be stacked two high when filled. Options include the TP 3 hand pump, the R50 12, R50 12/24 and R50 230 electric pumps, the PZ300 (mechanical) and EZ24 (digital) meters, the TECALEMIT Flow TM 120 DC or AC fuel data system, the PIUSI 3000 Supreme B.SMART pump with integrated fuel data management and 12 V/85 Ah and 24 V/85 Ah battery kits. The Rietbergwerke complete packages with 12/24 V or 230 V pump, PZ300 meter, limit value sensor and 6 m hose assembly are also available; all components are fitted to the tank by Rietbergwerke.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem Quadro-D 2000L und dem Quadro-D 3000L?
Beide Varianten sind baugleich – gleiches feuerverzinktes Stahlgehäuse, gleiche Zulassungen (Transport und Lager), gleiche Pumpen- und Zählwerkoptionen. Der Unterschied liegt ausschließlich im Fassvolumen: Der 2000L-Tank versorgt Baustellen mit mittlerem Tagesverbrauch (bis ca. 400L/Tag) über etwa 5 Tage. Der 3000L-Tank eignet sich für Großbaustellen, mehrtägige Betriebsunterbrechungen oder Betriebe mit höherem Verbrauch. Beide Varianten sind direkt auf dieser Seite wählbar.
Warum ist der Quadro-D aus feuerverzinktem Stahl und welche Vorteile hat das?
Feuerverzinkter Stahl bietet gegenüber Polyethylen (PE) deutlich höhere mechanische Belastbarkeit – wichtig für den Einsatz auf Baustellen, wo der Tank von Gabelstaplern, Kränen oder im Schwerlastbetrieb bewegt wird. Die Feuerverzinkung schützt dauerhaft gegen Korrosion ohne Beschichtung, die abplatzen oder sich ablösen könnte. Zudem ist Stahl nicht diffusionsdurchlässig – Kraftstoffdämpfe können nicht durch die Wandung entweichen, was besonders bei HVO100 und E-Fuels relevant ist. Die Lebensdauer eines feuerverzinkten Stahltanks beträgt bei sachgemäßem Betrieb 25–30 Jahre.
Für welche Kraftstoffe ist der Quadro-D freigegeben – auch für HVO100 und E-Fuels?
Ja – der Rietberg Quadro-D ist ausdrücklich für Diesel, HVO100 (hydriertes Pflanzenöl nach EN 15940) und synthetische E-Fuels freigegeben. Das macht ihn zur zukunftssichersten Option im Rietberg-Programm: Betriebe, die heute auf alternative Kraftstoffe umstellen oder dies planen, können denselben Tank weiterverwenden. Nicht geeignet ist der Quadro-D für Benzin und AdBlue – für Benzin benötigen Sie ATEX-zertifizierte Behälter, für AdBlue die Quadro-Blue-Serie.
In welchen Ausstattungsvarianten ist der Quadro-D erhältlich?
Der Rietberg Quadro-D ist in drei Ausstattungsstufen erhältlich: ohne Zubehör (reiner Behälter für Betriebe mit eigener Pumpeninfrastruktur), mit 12V/24V-Elektropumpe und Zählwerk (für den mobilen netzunabhängigen Betrieb) sowie mit 230V-Elektropumpe und Zählwerk (für stationäre Aufstellorte mit Stromanschluss). Alle Varianten sind in 2000 und 3000 Litern verfügbar und direkt auf dieser Seite wählbar. Das Zählwerk ermöglicht die interne Verbrauchserfassung – für die abrechnungsfähige Abgabe an Dritte wäre ein MID-geeichtes Zählwerk erforderlich.
Welche Genehmigungen benötige ich für den Quadro-D 2000L oder 3000L?
Für 2000 und 3000 Liter Diesel (WGK 2, Gefährdungsstufe C) gelten folgende Anforderungen: Anzeige bei der unteren Wasserbehörde mindestens 6 Wochen vor Inbetriebnahme (§ 40 AwSV), Erstprüfung durch eine anerkannte Sachverständigenorganisation (SVO) vor Inbetriebnahme sowie wiederkehrende Prüfungen alle 5 Jahre außerhalb von Wasserschutzgebieten. Für den Transport auf öffentlichen Straßen gelten ADR-Anforderungen (Klasse 3, UN 1202) mit ADR-Schein, Warntafel, schriftlicher Weisung und Feuerlöscher. Als WHG-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb nach § 62 AwSV (TÜV Süd) begleiten wir Sie durch den gesamten Genehmigungsprozess.
