Schütz Tank with 1000 Liter Capacity
The diesel tank from Schütz is a double-walled diesel tank with an HDPE inner tank and a robust outer tank made of steel sheet. No containment tray is necessary, as the tank is double-walled. The tank is approved for storage and transport, although the latter is without installed control elements. The diesel tank has an integrated pallet base, making it easy to move with a pallet jack or forklift. This heating oil tank can be installed both indoors and outdoors under a roof.
Electric Diesel Pump Eco-Box by Tecalemit
The Eco-Box diesel pump delivers a flow rate of up to 55 liters per minute and is standardly equipped with a mechanical roller counter. The housing also includes a pocket for the automatic nozzle. The diesel pump comes with a four-meter delivery hose and is equipped with a 230-volt connection and is self-priming.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen der Variante mit 4m und 10m Abgabeschlauch?
Die Schlauchlänge bestimmt den Aktionsradius der Hoftankstelle: Mit dem 4m-Schlauch können Fahrzeuge bis ca. 4 Meter vom Tank entfernt betankt werden – ideal für einen festen Betankungsplatz direkt am Tank. Der 10m-Schlauch ermöglicht deutlich mehr Flexibilität und eignet sich für größere Fahrzeuge (LKW, Traktoren mit breitem Spurmaß) oder wenn der Tank nicht optimal positioniert werden kann. Für die meisten Hoftankstellen-Situationen empfehlen wir die 10m-Variante als komfortablere Lösung.

Der Schütz-Sicherheitsbehälter ist ein doppelwandiger Tank aus HDPE (Innen) und verzinktem Stahlblech (Außen). Diese Kombination vereint die Vorteile beider Materialien: HDPE ist korrosionsfrei, kraftstoffbeständig und leicht; der Stahlmantel schützt vor mechanischen Beschädigungen und UV-Einwirkung. Die Doppelwandigkeit mit integriertem Leckanzeigesystem erfüllt die technischen Anforderungen der AwSV und ermöglicht den Betrieb auch in Wasserschutzgebieten (Zone III) mit entsprechender Genehmigung.
Für welche Kraftstoffe ist die Horn Hoftankstelle Premium zugelassen?
Die Horn Hoftankstelle Premium mit Schütz-Tank ist für Diesel und Heizöl EL zugelassen. Beide Kraftstoffe sind chemisch ähnlich und kompatibel mit den verwendeten HDPE- und NBR-Dichtungsmaterialien. Nicht geeignet ist die Anlage für Benzin (eigene Sicherheitsanforderungen), AdBlue (greift Standardmaterialien an) oder Biodiesel über B7-Mischung hinaus. Für Biodiesel B100 (RME) empfehlen wir die Roth-Multitech- oder Dehoust-Profi-Varianten mit expliziter RME-Zulassung.
Welche Genehmigungen benötige ich für die Horn Hoftankstelle Premium 1000L?
Für eine doppelwandige Hoftankstelle mit 1000 Litern Diesel (WGK 2, Gefährdungsstufe B) ist eine Anzeige bei der unteren Wasserbehörde sowie eine Erstprüfung durch eine Sachverständigenorganisation vor Inbetriebnahme vorgeschrieben (§ 40 AwSV). Wiederkehrende Prüfungen alle 5 Jahre sind verpflichtend. Die doppelwandige Schütz-Konstruktion erfüllt die technischen Anforderungen und erleichtert die behördliche Genehmigung. Als WHG-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb nach § 62 AwSV (TÜV Süd) koordinieren wir alle Genehmigungsschritte und Prüftermine für Sie.
