Shipping & Delivery

Here you will find an overview of our shipping costs by region, shipping method, and order value.

🇩🇪 Germany
Orders with a value of 20 € or more are delivered free of charge within Germany.
For orders below 20 €, a shipping fee of 6.90 € applies.

Order value = product value after deduction of discounts (excluding shipping costs).

🇪🇺 EU – Standard Shipping (Parcel)

Suitable for regular parcel and standard items.

🚚 EU – Freight Shipping (Pallet)

For heavy/bulky items, hazardous goods, or larger quantities. Delivery is usually curbside.

🇨🇭 Switzerland – Standard Shipping (Parcel)

🚚 Switzerland – Freight Shipping (Pallet)

Deliveries to Switzerland: customs duties and import VAT are not included in the shipping costs and may be charged separately by customs or the carrier.

🇦🇹 Austria – Freight Shipping (Pallet)

Freight deliveries are usually scheduled in advance and delivered curbside.

General Notes

• All amounts in EUR. Shipping costs apply per order (one delivery address).

• The choice between standard and freight shipping depends on the type of item, weight/volume, or hazardous goods classification.

• For mixed orders including freight items, shipping will be carried out entirely by freight.

• Island or special deliveries may vary.

Payment

Cash Payment upon Collection
You may pay in cash when collecting your goods.

Advance Payment via Bank Transfer with 2% Discount
Pay in advance and receive a 2% discount. Once payment has been received, your order will be conveniently delivered to the location of your choice.

Purchase on Account
As an existing customer, you can conveniently pay by invoice at any time.
As a new customer, you may also pay by invoice for orders starting from €600, subject to a successful credit check. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Upon successful credit approval, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. The invoice will be enclosed in paper form with your shipment. If the credit check is unsuccessful, you will receive a prepayment request. In this case, you can settle the amount in advance via bank transfer. As soon as we have recorded your payment, your goods will be shipped immediately.

Payment via PayPal
Use PayPal to complete your transaction securely, quickly, and easily. In most cases, the amount is transferred to our PayPal merchant account within seconds, allowing your order to be dispatched immediately.

Payment by Credit Card
You can also pay conveniently by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be charged with the invoice amount after the order is placed, and your goods will be shipped right away.

Online Transfer with eps
With eps you can easily and securely make online transfers. The transfer takes place within your regular online banking portal of your participating bank or savings bank. After the checkout process, you will be redirected directly to your online banking portal. The transfer form will already be pre-filled and only requires your confirmation with PIN and TAN.

Leasing and Hire Purchase

You also have the option to acquire your desired product through hire purchase or finance it via leasing. This requires a successful credit check by our leasing partner.
