The BAUER drop-bottom container FB 1000 is a stackable container with a bottom flap for collecting, storing and transferring recyclable materials. The sturdy steel construction has smooth inner walls. The bottom flap is released by pull rope from the forklift driver's seat; a rubber suspension damps its abrupt drop during emptying, it closes automatically when the container is set down, and a safeguard prevents slipping and unintentional opening. The container is picked up via fork brackets (top, transverse, inner size 185 × 75 mm, inner spacing 415 mm) with a minimum fork length of 1100 mm or via 4 crane eyes Ø 40 mm; thanks to 100 mm ground clearance it can also be moved with a pallet truck. It fits tugger-train trolleys of 1200 × 1000 mm. The container holds 1.00 m³, measures 1040 × 1245 × 1145 mm (L × W × H), has a load capacity of 1250 kg and can be stacked three high. Available painted in RAL 2000 yellow orange, RAL 3000 flame red, RAL 5012 light blue, RAL 6011 reseda green or RAL 7005 mouse grey, or hot-dip galvanised. It is delivered assembled.
