High Performance:

The Viscomat Vane oil and diesel pump system features a self-priming vane pump AC, delivering a consistent flow rate of up to 50 l/min at a viscosity of up to 500 cSt. Operating at a pressure of up to 6 bar, it is ideal for applications involving high viscosities. The asynchronous AC motor is available in various voltages and frequencies to accommodate different operating conditions.

Reliable:

The pump's rotor is made of sintered steel with resin blades, providing strength during transfer. The Viscomat Vane is designed for easy maintenance of the rotating shaft seal from the pump side, enhancing the safety of the transfer system. An integrated bypass in the pump body allows for regulation of operation when the transfer is closed.
