The HDT-TecPump 600 AC VT 1000 farm fuel station is a complete system built by TLB on the model of the TECALEMIT HDT-TecPump 600 AC VT 1000 diesel tank system: double-walled SCHÜTZ VET steel 1,000 l tank, TECALEMIT TecPump 600 AC pump set and associated mounting hardware. There are 12 versions to choose from with a 4, 6, 8 or 10 m delivery hose, each without meter, with Z 400 mechanical roller meter (20–120 l/min, ± 3 %) or with FMT 3 electronic flow meter (5–120 l/min, ± 1 % after calibration); neither meter is legal-for-trade. The delivery hose is available with 4 m or as one continuous hose of 6, 8 or 10 m assembled by TLB itself. The farm fuel station is designed for installation under a roof. According to TECALEMIT, the TecPump 600 AC is a self-priming rotary vane pump for 230 V / 50 Hz with 370 W and IP 54 protection, with integrated anti-siphon protection and a suction-side filter; it transfers diesel, heating oil EL/L, radiator antifreeze (concentrate), GTL, HVO and R33 at approx. 55 l/min and max. 2 bar with a suction height of up to 4 m. According to SCHÜTZ, the SCHÜTZ VET steel 1,000 l tank is a double-walled storage and disposal tank consisting of an HDPE inner container with SMP odour barrier in a steel outer container on a reinforced steel-tube pallet accessible from all four sides; a content indicator and optical leak probe are fitted as standard. It measures 1,135 × 757 × 1,625 mm, weighs approx. 84 kg empty and is approved under Z-40.21-133 and D/BAM/10104/31HA1.

Notes

The farm fuel station is designed for installation under a roof; SCHÜTZ specifies the tank for single installation. The weight of approx. 84 kg refers to the empty tank without pump and accessories; the pump unit must be removed from the tank for transport. TLB assembles the 6, 8 and 10 m delivery hoses itself as one continuous hose without intermediate joints. The flow rate of approx. 55 l/min is a guide value from TECALEMIT. TECALEMIT itself offers the HDT-TecPump 600 VT 1000 with a 4 m hose without meter, with Z 400 and with FMT 3. Technical data subject to change by the manufacturer.
