The TECALEMIT HDM 60 eco Box LZ diesel pump system (109601100) is a non-legal-for-trade box unit with self-priming pump and electronic meter but without a fuel management unit; its pulse output connects it, if required, to an existing fuel management unit such as HDA eco or HDA 5 eco. A rotary vane pump with single-phase asynchronous motor (230 V / 50 Hz) delivers diesel, GTL, HVO100 and R33 at up to 55 l/min, and an oval gear meter with pulse generator (single pulse, ± 0.5 %) records the volume and shows it on the backlit LC display. Fuel is dispensed via a DN 19 × 4 m hose with A 2010 automatic nozzle including swivel; drip tray with leak monitoring, hose holder and a service-friendly lockable hinged door are included. Measuring 470 × 550 × 340 mm and weighing approx. 32 kg, the box is designed for mounting directly on above-ground storage tanks or in plastic diesel tanks.

Notes

The system has no user or data memory and no data transfer; user recording and evaluation are handled by a connected fuel management unit. The suction line must be at least DN 25, and the suction pipe can be connected at the rear or underground.
