The TECALEMIT HDM 150/50 pro diesel dispenser is a 400 V dispenser with an integrated two-point HDA pro fuel management unit for diesel, GTL, HVO100 and R33 and supplies a truck and a car dispensing point. According to TECALEMIT, the truck point with ZVA 25 nozzle on a DN 25 × 4 m hose delivers up to 140 l/min and the car point with ZVA Slimline on a DN 19 × 4 m hose up to 50 l/min; self-priming gear pump technology with gas separator and filter and 4-piston meters with pulse generator (< 0.5 %) operate at a suction height of up to 4 m. The HDA pro unit manages up to 2,000 users by transponder and/or PIN and stores 10,000 dispensing records; a second dispensing point (e.g. AdBlue®) and two tank probes for tank monitoring can be connected. The 8 versions combine standard or MID legal-for-trade design (approval DE-14-MI005-PTB027) with USB, LAN or LTE (also pre-configured) data transfer. In the USB version, dispensing data is retrieved at the fuel management unit with the supplied USB stick. The LAN and LTE modules transfer the dispensing data continuously to the myTecalemit web software. For LTE, TECALEMIT uses a SIM data card without follow-up costs for data communication, with fallback to GPRS (2G). For the pre-configured versions, TECALEMIT sets up to 100 drivers and 100 vehicles from the list the customer provides with the order, so the unit is delivered ready to use in myTecalemit. The powder-coated stainless steel housing (H 1425 × W 433 × L 1152 mm, 230 kg) with drip tray and leak monitoring is TRbF-compliant; data is shown on an illuminated graphic display with 640 × 480 pixels, and on a TFT display in the MID versions.

The flow rate is a guide value from TECALEMIT and depends on viscosity and system.
