The TECALEMIT HDM 100 eco Box diesel pump system is a compact box unit with an integrated HDA eco fuel management unit for dispensing diesel, GTL, HVO100 and R33 directly on above-ground storage tanks or integrated into plastic diesel tanks. A self-priming rotary vane pump with single-phase asynchronous motor (230 V / 50 Hz) delivers up to 100 l/min; an oval gear meter with pulse generator measures to ± 0.5 %, and fuel is dispensed via the DN 25 × 4 m hose with ZVA 25 nozzle including swivel. Drivers and vehicles log in by transponder and/or PIN code (two-card system, max. 4,000 users), the memory holds 20,000 dispensing records, drip tray and leak monitoring are integrated, and the unit is not legal-for-trade. The 4 versions differ in data transfer: USB, LAN or LTE (also pre-configured). In the USB version, dispensing data is retrieved at the fuel management unit with the supplied USB stick. The LAN and LTE modules transfer the dispensing data continuously to the myTecalemit web software. For the pre-configured versions, TECALEMIT sets up to 100 drivers and 100 vehicles from the list the customer provides with the order, so the unit is delivered ready to use in myTecalemit. The box measures H 470 × W 550 × D 340 mm and weighs 35 kg according to TECALEMIT.
