The TECALEMIT HDM 100/60 eco diesel dispenser is a free-standing dispenser with an integrated HDA eco fuel management unit for diesel, GTL, HVO100 and R33 with two dispensing points for high-flow and low-flow dispensing. Two self-priming rotary vane pumps with single-phase asynchronous motor (230 V / 50 Hz) and two oval gear meters with pulse generator (± 0.5 %) supply a high-flow point with ZVA 25 nozzle on a DN 25 × 4 m hose (100 l/min) and a low-flow point with A 2010 automatic nozzle on a DN 19 × 4 m hose. Drivers and vehicles log in by transponder and/or PIN code (two-card system, max. 4,000 users), the memory holds 20,000 dispensing records, drip tray and leak monitoring are integrated, and the unit is not legal-for-trade. The 6 versions differ in data transfer: USB, LAN, LTE or GPRS (2G) (also pre-configured). In the USB version, dispensing data is retrieved at the fuel management unit with the supplied USB stick. The LAN and LTE modules transfer the dispensing data continuously to the myTecalemit web software. The GPRS versions send the data over the mobile network via an integrated 2G module. For the pre-configured versions, TECALEMIT sets up to 100 drivers and 100 vehicles from the list the customer provides with the order, so the unit is delivered ready to use in myTecalemit. The dispenser (H 1426 × W 557 × D 445 mm, 90 kg) has a powder-coated sheet steel housing; the suction pipe can be connected at the rear or underground.
