The TECALEMIT Flow TM 120 is a smart flow meter made in Germany with a TM 120 turbine measuring chamber made of POM for low-viscosity fluids such as diesel, AdBlue®, radiator antifreeze and water; it measures in the range of 5–120 l/min at max. 10 bar with ± 1 % (calibrated) or ± 2 % (uncalibrated). There are 6 versions to choose from: power supply by battery (4 × AA), Powerbox 120–230 V AC or Powerbox 12–24 V DC, each with internal LTE/GPS antenna or with external antenna connection. The battery versions run on four 1.5 V batteries (AA) without mains connection; the Powerbox (120–230 V AC or 12–24 V DC) additionally provides a switching output for pumps or solenoid valves and inputs for nozzle switch, pulse generator and level probe. The LTE and GPS antennas are either integrated in the housing or, in the versions with external antenna connection, connected separately as accessories. The control unit with backlit 3" LCD graphic display, four navigation keys and integrated RFID reader can be rotated by 90° and authorises users by PIN, RFID or Companion App via Bluetooth; dispensing data is sent via LTE with GPS location reporting to the myTecalemit cloud (with API), and without network coverage the device stores data locally and synchronises later.

Notes

According to TECALEMIT, the flow rate depends on the system and the viscosity. A level probe can only be connected to versions with Powerbox. In the versions with external antenna connection, the antennas are not included (accessories: GPS antenna 225600003, LTE mobile antenna 225600004, GPS/LTE combination antenna 225600005).
