This SCHÜTZ VET steel 1,000 l is a second-quality tank (B-stock) with a dent; the inner container is undamaged and the function is not affected. No further defects are specified. The base model is the double-walled storage and disposal tank VET steel 1,000 l (part no. 4019468) with a plastic inner container inside a steel outer container. It is used to collect and dispose of used lubricating, hydraulic and heat transfer oils and to store heating oil, diesel fuel and oils at the point of use, for example in workshops or in machine and plant engineering. A contents gauge and an optical leak probe are fitted as standard, and the steel tube pallet, accessible from all four sides, makes handling easy.

Second quality: technical data and approvals refer to the series model 4019468; type and extent of defects beyond the dent mentioned are not specified. According to the catalogue, heating oil Bio 5 to Bio 15 only in tanks with permeation barrier. For used oils the operator must document origin and flash point; vegetable oils only if not used as food. AdBlue® is not listed as a storage medium for the VET steel. The tank is intended for single installation; for outdoor installation SCHÜTZ recommends the cover hood 3144364. Technical data subject to change by the manufacturer.
