Rietbergwerke QUADRO-D 1000 Petrol Version – 1000 l Mobile Petrol Tank, Double-Walled, with Ex, Hand or Tandem Pump
The Rietbergwerke QUADRO-D 1000 in petrol version is a mobile petrol tank unit with 1000 l nominal capacity, assembled ready for use by Rietbergwerke with the selected pump and an optional meter. The container corresponds to the Rietbergwerke QUADRO-D 1000 in a petrol version: double-walled steel, hot-dip galvanised inside and out, with vacuum leak monitoring and dimensions of 1200 × 1000 × 1322 mm. Flame-arresting fittings are standard on the petrol tank, and Rietbergwerke mounts all components of the unit on the container. The options are the explosion-proof R50 12ex (50 l/min nominal, 30 l/min effective) and R50 230ex (50/45 l/min) dispensing units, the TP 3 hand pump (0.35 l per stroke) or a tandem package of hand and electric pump, which Rietbergwerke supplies on request. The explosion-proof PZ300-ex (on the pump) and EZ24-ex (on the nozzle) meters are available as add-ons.

Notes
Nominal flow rate = manufacturer's rating at free outflow; effective = measured in testing at 1 m suction height with a 4 m delivery hose and automatic nozzle. The meters are not approved for trade use. The operator must define the hazardous zones; use power cables and plugs only in the areas permitted for them. Install and operate the unit in accordance with the German BetrSichV, TRGS and TRBS rules and the manufacturer's instructions. Technical data subject to change by the manufacturer.
