This diesel bowser combines the double-walled Rietbergwerke QUADRO-D 1000 (container 300185) with the R50 12/24 vane pump and a fuel data logging system (TDE) with HDA eco tank controller, FMOG 100 pulse generator set and 10 transponder tags. The dry self-priming R50 12/24 vane pump (Rietbergwerke 96352) with integrated bypass valve runs on 12 V or 24 V DC and, according to the manufacturer, delivers 35 l/min (12 V) or 70 l/min (24 V) nominal and 30 or 50 l/min effective at 1 m suction height; the set includes a power cable with battery clamps, a 6 m NW 19 hose assembly with angled swivel joint, an automatic nozzle and a mounting adapter. The QUADRO-D 1000 container (Rietbergwerke 300185, 1200 × 1000 × 1322 mm, 328 kg) holds an unlimited UN approval as an IBC (D/BAM/15450/31A) for ADR, RID, ADN and the IMDG Code as well as the general building authority approval Z-38.12-230 as a storage tank. It is double-walled within the meaning of the German AwSV regulation with permanent, power-independent vacuum leak monitoring of both walls, may be installed without a drip tray outdoors and indoors as well as in water protection and earthquake zones, and is stackable three high. Equipment includes a vent and suction line with shut-off ball valve, a mechanical level gauge, a nozzle holder with drain-back, a lockable spring-assisted lid, a closed base frame and 4 lifting eyes according to DGUV Information 209-013. According to the manufacturer, up to 1,000 l can be transported without a dangerous goods driver licence or vehicle marking.
