SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL TO USE
The Viscomat DC is designed for applications where oil needs to be transferred from drums without access to a power outlet or compressed air system. It can be used with drums or IBC tanks or installed in oil transfer sets such as the Drum Viscomat.
With a flow rate of up to 10 l/min and a pressure of up to 5 bar, the Viscomat DC enables clean and safe transfer of oils with medium to high viscosity up to 2000 cSt. Its continuous duty cycle ensures operation for up to 30 minutes.
RELIABLE IN THE LONG TERM
Lubricating oil, characterized by higher viscosity, requires a reliable and safe oil pump for transfer. The PIUSI Viscomat DC gear oil pump is capable of handling all types of viscous oil. To ensure greater reliability, a gear rotor is used instead of a vane, providing higher resistance during the transfer phase.
