The PIUSI Viscomat Vane is a powerful and reliable oil and diesel pump, available in the Viscomat Vane 70 and Viscomat Vane 90 versions. This pump is ideal for applications with medium to high viscosity and is distinguished by its high suction capacity and continuous delivery rate.
High Performance:
The Viscomat Vane oil and diesel pump features a self-priming vane pump AC, supporting a constant delivery flow of up to 50 l/min at a flow rate of up to 500 cSt. The asynchronous AC motor ensures continuous operation at a pressure of up to 6 bar. The pump is available in various voltages and frequencies, allowing it to be adapted to different operating conditions.
Reliable:
The pump's rotor is made of sintered steel with resin blades, providing strength to the rotor. The pump includes an integrated bypass in the pump body, regulating operation during closed transfer. The rotating shaft seal of the Viscomat Vane can be serviced from the pump side to ensure the safety of the transfer system.
