The PIUSI K200 is an electronic flow meter designed for monitoring lubricating oil. It is distinguished by its high precision in measuring the dispensed quantity. The use of oval gears made from acetal resin ensures accurate monitoring of the dispensing of fluids with varying viscosity levels—from low to medium to high—including fuels, lubricating oils, and other construction-compatible specialty fluids for non-commercial purposes.
The long-term reliability of the K200 is ensured by its housing, which features a high-quality aluminum measuring chamber. The unique reed switch as a pulse emitter is designed as a single-channel system, allowing for improved traceability of dispensed quantities.
With a maximum flow rate of 2.8 l/min and a dispensing accuracy of +/- 0.5%, the K200 flow meter sets standards in precision. The repeatability is an impressive 0.2%. A pressure drop of less than 0.5 bar at maximum flow ensures efficient operation of the flow meter.
