The Kingspan TruckMaster® Combo 880+90 is a mobile bowser for 880 l of diesel and 90 l of AdBlue® with a PIUSI BP3000 12 V DC pump (35 l/min) for diesel and a submersible pump for AdBlue®. The diesel section has a 4 m delivery hose with automatic nozzle, a suction hose with strainer, a ball valve on the suction line and a level gauge. The 90 l AdBlue® tank has a submersible pump, its own delivery hose and an automatic nozzle. The housing in UV-resistant polyethylene measures 1,480 × 1,150 × 895 mm and has a forklift base, a two-way vent valve and a cover with gas struts that is prepared for a padlock. According to Kingspan, the TruckMaster® Combo 880+90 is ADR compliant, and the price list specifies carriage under ADR 1.1.3.6. Available without meter or with a K24 digital meter for diesel.

1. Transport und Lagerung
Das Produkt muss so transportiert und gelagert werden, dass es vor mechanischen Beschädigungen geschützt ist. Der Transport kann nur bei leerem Tank erfolgen.
- Be- und Entladen mit Spezialgeräten (z. B. Gabelstapler mit langen Gabeln oder Kran mit Anschlagmittel).
- Deckel und Stutzen müssen sorgfältig verschlossen und gesichert sein.
- Eine Lagerung in einem geschlossenen Raum kann nur bei leerem Tank erfolgen.
2. Standort
- Flache, ebene, stabile Oberfläche aus nicht brennbarem Material.
- Der Boden sollte mindestens 30 cm breiter und länger als der Tank sein.
- Sockeldicke mindestens 5 cm.
3. Oberfläche, Erdung, Widerstand, Schutz
Es ist notwendig, eine Erdung aus Kupfer oder verzinktem Draht mit einem Querschnitt von 16 mm² in der Nähe des Geräts zu platzieren.
4. Brandschutzvorschriften
Brandschutzvorschriften und Abstände beim Aufstellen des Tanks richten sich nach den nationalen Vorschriften.
5. Gesundheit und Sicherheit
- Vermeiden Sie längeren Hautkontakt mit der Flüssigkeit.
- Beim Umgang mit dem Produkt Schutzhandschuhe und Schutzkleidung tragen.
- Grundlegende Hygieneregeln beachten – kontaminierte Körperteile sofort mit Wasser und Seife waschen.
- Während der Verwendung keine Nahrungsmittel oder Getränke zu sich nehmen.
- Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt der gelagerten Flüssigkeit mit den Augen – Schutzbrille mit Seitenschutz tragen.
6. Außerbetriebnahme
Das Gerät sollte gemäß der europäischen Richtlinie 2002/96/EG in seine Grundbestandteile getrennt und recycelt werden.

- Leeres Produkt kann an den Griffen angehoben werden (Empfehlung: zwei Personen).
