The JESSBERGER air motor JP-AIR 3 drives drum pump tubes with 400 W at a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. The housing is made of stainless steel; the shut-off valve at the air inlet meters the compressed air and thus controls speed and flow rate. Air consumption is 8 l/s under load. The motor carries the Ex marking II 2G Ex h IIC T6 Gb X / II 2D Ex h IIIC T80°C Db X (type examination certificate IBEx U05 ATEX B007 X) and may only be used in potentially explosive atmospheres together with an ATEX-certified stainless steel pump tube.
