The JESSBERGER air motor JP-AIR 2 drives drum pump tubes with 600 W at a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. It has a silencer and an on/off push button on the handle that can be locked with a twist. Speed and therefore flow rate are controlled by a ball valve in the compressed air supply line, to be provided on site; air consumption is 15 l/s under load. The motor carries the Ex marking II 2G Ex h IIC T6 Gb X / II 2D Ex h IIIC T80°C Db X and may only be used in potentially explosive atmospheres together with an ATEX-certified stainless steel pump tube.
