The Farm Fuel Station UNI PLUS W85 1000 l is a complete system assembled and mounted by TLB from the double-walled Roth Unitech 1,000 l tank and the TECALEMIT HORNET W 85 H pump system. There are 8 versions to choose from with a 4, 6, 8 or 10 m delivery hose, each without meter or with FMT 3 digital flow meter. The delivery hose is available with 4 m or as one continuous hose of 6, 8 or 10 m assembled by TLB itself. According to Roth, the Roth Unitech 1,000 l tank is a storage container for water-polluting liquids with a flash point above 55 °C: a seamlessly blow-moulded HDPE inner container sits in a steel outer container galvanised on both sides with 100 % collection volume; optical leak probe, level indicator, base frame and integrated carrying handles are fitted as standard. It measures 1,280 × 760 × 1,420 mm, has four sockets with 2" adapter bushes (female thread) and is approved under Z-40.21-29. According to Roth, the tank is installed as a single container inside buildings; the farm fuel station is therefore designed for installation under a roof inside buildings. Fuel is pumped by the TECALEMIT HORNET W 85 H, according to TECALEMIT a self-priming hybrid pump for 230 V / 50 Hz with 950 W, 4.5 A and IP 54 protection, anti-siphon protection and foot filter; it transfers diesel, heating oil EL/L, radiator antifreeze (concentrate), GTL, HVO and R33. According to TECALEMIT, the flow rate without meter is approx. 68 l/min with a 4 m, 66 l/min with a 6 m and 62 l/min with an 8 m delivery hose, and with the FMT 3 flow meter approx. 66, 63 and 59 l/min respectively. The FMT 3 electronic flow meter is a turbine meter for 5–120 l/min with ± 1 % after calibration, IP 65 protection and battery operation; it is not legal-for-trade.

Notes

According to Roth, the Unitech storage tank without a collecting tray may only be installed as a single container inside buildings, i.e. under a roof inside buildings; the wall clearance must be at least 50 mm on three sides and at least 400 mm on one long side. The tank has no transport approval. According to Roth, filling with a self-closing nozzle is permitted at max. 200 l/min. TLB assembles the 6, 8 and 10 m delivery hoses itself as one continuous hose without intermediate joints. Technical data subject to change by the manufacturer.
