The Roth Unitech tank with 400 litres is a double-walled storage tank with an HDPE inner tank and galvanised steel outer tank for diesel, heating oil and oils. It is approved for installation in buildings without an additional collecting tray and is supplied with leak probe, level indicator and base frame.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem Dieseltank 400 Liter als Lagertank und einem mobilen Transporttank?
Der Roth Unitech 400 ist als stationärer Lagertank konzipiert: Er steht dauerhaft an einem festen Standort und ist nicht für den regelmäßigen Transport auf öffentlichen Straßen ausgelegt. Ein mobiler Transporttank wie der RG-POLI440 hingegen ist für den flexiblen Einsatz auf Baustellen und die Beförderung auf Fahrzeugen zugelassen (ADR). Der Lagertank eignet sich ideal als Vorratstank auf dem Hof oder Gewerbebetrieb – kombiniert mit einer Dieselpumpe zur einfachen Fahrzeugbetankung.
Kann der Heizöltank 400 Liter auch für Diesel verwendet werden – und umgekehrt?
Ja. Der Roth Unitech 400 ist als Universaltank für Heizöl EL und Diesel (WGK 2) zugelassen – daher auch der Produktname 'Uni'. Beide Kraftstoffe sind chemisch ähnlich und stellen vergleichbare Anforderungen an den Behälter. Wichtig: Wechseln Sie nicht zwischen verschiedenen Kraftstoffarten ohne gründliche Reinigung des Tanks, da Rückstände die Kraftstoffqualität beeinträchtigen können. Für Benzin ist dieser Tank nicht geeignet – hierfür bieten wir eigens zugelassene Benzintanks an.
Benötige ich eine Genehmigung für einen Dieseltank 400 Liter auf meinem Grundstück?
Bei ortsfestem Betrieb eines 400-Liter-Dieseltanks (WGK 2, Gefährdungsstufe A bis 1.000 Liter) ist keine Anzeigepflicht vorgeschrieben, wenn der Tank die technischen Anforderungen der AwSV erfüllt. Allerdings sind Auffangmaßnahmen sicherzustellen: Der Tank muss auf einer dichten Fläche oder mit einer Auffangwanne betrieben werden. In Wasserschutzgebieten oder bei besonderen Standortbedingungen können weitergehende Anforderungen gelten. Als WHG-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb nach § 62 AwSV (TÜV Süd) beraten wir Sie zur konkreten Situation an Ihrem Standort.
Welche Pumpe passt zum Roth Unitech 400 Lagertank?
Der Roth Unitech 400 ist ohne Pumpe ausgeliefert und kann flexibel mit einer 230V-Elektropumpe oder einer 12V-Dieselpumpe kombiniert werden. Für den stationären Betrieb mit Stromanschluss empfehlen wir eine 230V-Dieselpumpe mit 40–56 l/min Förderleistung und mechanischem oder digitalem Zählwerk. Wie lange hält ein Dieseltank 400 Liter aus Kunststoff und was ist bei der Wartung zu beachten?
Der Roth Unitech 400 ist aus hochwertigem, UV-beständigem Polyethylen gefertigt und für eine Lebensdauer von 15–20 Jahren bei sachgemäßem Betrieb ausgelegt. Wichtig für die Langlebigkeit: regelmäßige Sichtprüfung auf Risse oder Verformungen, jährliche Kontrolle der Anschlüsse und Dichtungen sowie Schutz vor dauerhafter Sonneneinstrahlung (alternativ: Überdachung oder Tankhaube). Stehende Kraftstoffreste sollten regelmäßig abgepumpt oder durch Frischware verdünnt werden, um Ablagerungen zu vermeiden.
