The BAUER swarf tipping skip SGU 75 is a forklift attachment with a tipping mechanism for collecting swarf and separating it from liquids. A bolted perforated sheet 100 mm above the floor (holes Ø 3 mm, 6 mm pitch) retains the swarf, while the liquids are drained via the 1" drain tap. Tipping is possible at any height by pull rope from the forklift driver's seat. The trough sheet with all-round edge profile is oil- and watertight, and the sturdy base frame has fork pockets (longitudinal, not continuous, inner size 200 × 60 mm, inner spacing 495 mm) and a safeguard against unintentional slipping and tipping. The skip holds 0.75 m³, measures 1440 × 1280 × 680 mm (L × W × H) and has a load capacity of 1000 kg; the tipping edge height is 495 mm and the load pick-up position 725 mm. Available painted in RAL 2000 yellow orange, RAL 3000 flame red, RAL 5012 light blue, RAL 6011 reseda green or RAL 7005 mouse grey, or hot-dip galvanised. It is delivered assembled.
