The BAUER swarf box trolley SKW-ET 1000 is a mobile container with manual tipping and ground-level emptying for collecting swarf and separating it from liquids. A sieve plate retains the swarf, while the liquids are drained via the 1" drain tap. The sturdy sheet-steel construction with edge reinforcement is oil- and watertight and sits on a base frame made of steel sections. The trolley is moved on 2 wheels and 2 swivel castors, one of them with a brake (solid rubber, Ø 250 × 60 mm), using the push handle; for forklift handling it has fork pockets (longitudinal, not continuous, inner size 170 × 55 mm, inner spacing 465 mm) with a safeguard against unintentional slipping and tipping out. The trolley holds 1000 litres, measures 1420 × 1340 × 1290 mm (L × W × H) and has a load capacity of 300 kg; the tipping edge height is 870 mm and the load pick-up position 620 mm. Available painted in RAL 2000 yellow orange, RAL 3000 flame red, RAL 5012 light blue, RAL 6011 reseda green, RAL 7005 mouse grey or RAL 7021 black grey, or hot-dip galvanised. It is delivered assembled.
