The BAUER heavy-duty tipping skip SK 900 is a type SK tipping skip with automatic and manual release for use with a forklift truck. The robust steel construction with reinforced rim has a 5 mm trough sheet and 6 mm thick fork pockets, designed for heavy goods; the continuous and closed fork pockets ensure high stability. The skip has a favourable load centre of gravity and a roll-off mechanism. It is released automatically by placing the release foot on the container rim or manually by pull rope; a safeguard protects against accidental slipping and tipping. It is picked up via fork pockets at the bottom, crosswise, with an inner size of 200 × 80 mm and 600 mm inner spacing. It can be moved with a pallet truck, and castors can be retrofitted. The heavy-duty tipping skip holds 0.90 m³, measures 1310 × 1580 × 970 mm (L × W × H) with a discharge edge height of 875 mm and a load pick-up position of 590 mm, and has a load capacity of 4000 kg. It is not stackable. Available painted in RAL 2000 yellow orange, RAL 3000 flame red, RAL 5012 light blue, RAL 6011 reseda green or RAL 7005 mouse grey, or hot-dip galvanised. It is delivered assembled.
