Ein ortsfester Benzintank mit 1.000 Litern (Gefährdungsstufe B) muss bei der unteren Wasserbehörde angezeigt und vor Inbetriebnahme durch eine anerkannte Sachverständigenorganisation geprüft werden (§ 40 AwSV). Der R-1002 ist doppelwandig mit Leckanzeigesystem und erfüllt damit die technischen Voraussetzungen für den Betrieb zuhause oder auf dem Hof. Als WHG-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb nach § 62 AwSV (TÜV Süd) unterstützen wir Sie bei der Anzeige und Abnahme.
Ist der Benzintank auch in Wasserschutzgebieten zugelassen?
Ja. Der R-1002 verfügt über eine DIBt-Zulassung als doppelwandiger Behälter mit integriertem Leckanzeigesystem. In der weiteren Schutzzone (Zone III) von Wasserschutzgebieten dürfen doppelwandige Anlagen mit Leckschutznachweis grundsätzlich betrieben werden. In der engeren Schutzzone (Zone II) gilt ein generelles Lagerverbot für wassergefährdende Stoffe. Ob Ihr Standort eine Ausnahme erlaubt, klärt die zuständige Wasserbehörde – wir beraten Sie vorab kostenlos.
Welche Förderleistung hat die Pumpe und für welche Fahrzeuge eignet sich der Benzintank?
Die integrierte 230V-Elektropumpe des R-1002 fördert je nach Ausstattungsvariante 50–72 Liter pro Minute – ausreichend für PKW (50–80 L Tank in ca. 1 Minute), Motorräder, Kleintransporter und Freizeitfahrzeuge. Als Hoftankstelle für Benzin eignet sich der R-1002 ideal für Landwirtschaftsbetriebe mit Benzingeräten, Motorsportteams sowie Betriebe mit eigenem Benzin-Fuhrpark. Für netzunabhängigen Betrieb ohne Stromanschluss empfehlen wir die 12V-Version R-1003.

Technisch ähneln sich Benzin- und Dieseltanks in Aufbau und Volumen, unterscheiden sich aber in Material, Zulassung und Sicherheitsanforderungen erheblich: Benzin (UN 1203, Klasse 3, WGK 2) ist leichtzündbarer und erfordert antistatische Komponenten, Ex-Schutz bei Pumpe und Zubehör sowie ADR-konforme Kennzeichnung beim Transport. Der R-1002 ist speziell für Benzin zugelassen – verwenden Sie ihn nicht für Diesel oder AdBlue, da dies die Zulassung erlischt und Schäden verursachen kann.
