H1 (gerade, DIN 71412A): Standard, senkrecht einschraubbar. H2 (45°, DIN 71412B): für schräg zugängliche Stellen. H3 (90°, DIN 71412C): seitlicher Zugang. Alle R1/8"-Gewinde, verzinkt. Einzeln (ab 0,42 €) oder Sortimentskasten 110–475 Stk.

Sicherheitsmundstücke – wann nötig?

Standard-4-Backen-Mundstücke können unter Hochdruck abrutschen. Safelock (39 €), safeLOCK-L (49 €) und Quick-Fix (49 €) verriegeln mechanisch. Empfehlenswert für Hochdruckschmierung und Einsatz über Kopf.

Schlauchlänge nach Einsatz

300mm: kompaktes Arbeiten. 500mm: Werkstatt-Standard. 1–3,5m: Stationäranlagen/LKW. 6,5–10m: Hochdruck-Abschmierstationen. Ab 100 bar immer Sicherheits-Gummipanzerschlauch RH verwenden – nie Kunststoffschlauch.

Häufige Fragen zum Schmiersystem-Zubehör

Alle drei nach DIN 71412 mit R1/8"-Gewinde. Unterschied: Winkel. H1 (0° gerade): Presse direkt senkrecht. H2 (45°): schräg zugängliche Stellen. H3 (90°): seitlicher Zugang. Standard: H1 als Regel, H2/H3 für schwer zugängliche Schmierstellen.
PH-30 Kunststoff (7,80 €): leichter Einsatz, niedrige Drücke. RH Sicherheits-Gummi: Stahlgeflecht-Einlagen, bei Bruch bleibt Ummantelung intakt – kein unkontrolliertes Wegschlagen. RH-30C: 1.650 bar Berstdruck. Ab 100 bar grundsätzlich Sicherheits-Gummipanzerschlauch verwenden.
Normierte Schnellkupplung ISO 7241B DN6 / R1/4" für Zentralschmieranlagen. Druckdichtes werkzeugloses Verbinden ohne Fettverlust – interne Ventile schließen beim Trennen automatisch. Standard-Schnittstelle zwischen Schmierstoffbehälter, Füllgeräten und der Versorgungsleitung der ZSA.
Düsenrohr (150mm gerade/gebogen) verlängert den Weg zwischen Presse und Nippel. Mit 4-Backen: rastet automatisch ein. Mit Schnellwechselkupplung: Mundstück schnell wechseln (Spitz zu 4-Backen, zwischen Schiebekupplungsgrößen SK10/16/22). Bei häufigem Nippeltyp-Wechsel sehr zeitsparend.
Eine Schiebekupplung (SK-10M10, SK-22M10) ist ein spezielles Mundstück für Flachschmiernippel – im Gegensatz zu Kegel-Schmiernippeln (DIN 71412) haben Flachschmiernippel einen flachen, zylindrischen Kopf. Die Schiebekupplung wird auf den Flachkopf aufgeschoben und dichtet seitlich ab. Flachschmiernippel finden sich häufig an landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, Baumaschinen und älteren Industrieanlagen. SK-10 (10mm Kopfbreite) und SK-22 (22mm) für verschiedene Flachschmiernippel-Größen.
Ein Fettzähler misst die abgegebene Fettmenge präzise in Gramm oder Kubikzentimetern. Sinnvoll für: Wartungsdokumentation (Nachweis der korrekten Schmierung), definierte Fettmengen-Vorgaben nach Hersteller-Wartungsplan, Kostenkontrolle bei hohem Fettverbrauch und für die Zertifizierung von Wartungsleistungen. Der Durchflussanzeiger (74,50 €) zeigt nur an ob Fett fließt. Der DIGMET E35 (294,50 €) zählt kumulativ. PIUSI K200 (357 €) und PIUSI Greaster (514 €) messen direkt in Gramm/kg mit Kalibriermöglichkeit.
