Oda founded TLB-Tech in 2008 and has grown the company from a home operation into a certified specialist firm. Her eye for what matters and her closeness to customers shape TLB-Tech to this day.

Fabian has been with us since 2016 and is one of our most experienced colleagues in sales. As the first point of contact for product questions, he uses his in-depth expertise to find the right solution even for complex requirements.

Katrin keeps the numbers under control behind the scenes and makes sure everything runs smoothly at TLB-Tech – reliably, precisely and with an eye for detail that benefits the whole team.

Florian ensures that shops and servers are always technically up to date – from seamless checkout to secure IT infrastructure. When there is a problem, he usually has the solution before anyone else notices.

Uwe is our man when things get hands-on. In our workshop he assembles tank systems and prepares them for dispatch – so everything fits straight away when it arrives with you. And he knows from experience what makes a clean installation.

Anja makes sure your order is safely packed and on its way to you on time. With her in the warehouse, dispatch runs like clockwork – reliably and without detours.

Hermann is responsible for making sure every order finds its way to you quickly and safely. With care and routine he ensures our warehouse runs smoothly every day and nothing gets left behind.

Andreas keeps in touch with the industry and customers at trade fairs – and with decades of experience in field sales, he knows exactly how to start a good conversation.

Simone keeps all the threads together behind the scenes – from order processing to communication with suppliers. Without her, quite a few things in the office would fall apart.

Always in a good mood, never stressed and the only team member who consistently ignores meetings. Pippo provides the daily balance between efficiency and joie de vivre.
