Elektrisch (12V/24V/230V): einfach, gleichmäßig, für die meisten Einsätze. Druckluft: kein Strom nötig, ATEX-geeignet, höherer Druck für zähe Medien.

Häufige Fragen zu Pumpen

Für Diesel eignen sich Elektropumpen (12V, 24V oder 230V) sowie Kurbelpumpen als manuelle Alternative. Für stationäre Betriebstankstellen mit Mehrbenutzer-Betrieb sind Diesel-Zapfsäulen mit Tankautomat die beste Lösung. Achten Sie auf Selbstansaugung und Förderleistung (l/min) je nach Bedarf.
Elektropumpen sind einfach anzuschließen, gleichmäßig in der Förderung und für die meisten Anwendungen ausreichend. Druckluftpumpen sind ideal, wenn kein Stromanschluss vorhanden ist, in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen (ATEX) oder bei hochviskosen Medien, die höheren Druck erfordern.
Für AdBlue® (Harnstofflösung 32,5%) sind spezielle AdBlue-Pumpen aus lebensmittelechten Materialien erforderlich – Standardpumpen für Kraftstoffe sind nicht geeignet. Wir führen AdBlue-Pumpen in 12V (für LKW-Direktentnahme), 24V und 230V sowie komplette Abgabestationen.
Eine Doppelmembranpumpe (AODD) ist eine druckluftbetriebene Pumpe mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Membranen. Sie ist selbstansaugend, kann Feststoffe fördern und eignet sich für aggressive Chemikalien, Säuren, Laugen und Ex-Zonen. Kein Strom, wartungsarm, trockenlauffest.
Nein – Dieselpumpen sind nicht für Benzin geeignet. Benzin und andere leichtflüchtige Kraftstoffe erfordern spezielle ATEX-geeignete Pumpen mit funkenfreier Konstruktion. Für Benzin und Kerosin bieten wir eigene Benzinpumpen-Kategorien mit den entsprechenden Sicherheitszulassungen.
Das hängt vom Einsatzzweck ab: Handpumpen schaffen 20–40 l/min, Elektropumpen 40–80 l/min, Diesel-Zapfsäulen 50–150 l/min. Für gelegentliches Betanken von 1–3 Fahrzeugen täglich reichen 40–60 l/min. Für große Fuhrparks oder schnelles Betanken von Baumaschinen empfehlen sich 80–150 l/min.
